Offset codes available to recalibrate printheads for the Linx inks shown below, if necessary.

Printhead can be calibrated to this ink type but can only be used for up to 3 lines of print (25 high characters for Mk7 or 24 high characters for Mk5).

Printhead can be calibrated to this ink type but can only be used for up to 2 lines of print (18 high characters for Mk7 or 16 high characters for Mk5).

Available for 6200 printers only.

Printhead can be calibrated to this ink type with no restriction on character heights.

Wit the exception of the Mk7 Mini Printhead, Printheads are supplied calibrated to Linx Ink 3103. A table of 'Offset Codes' is supplied with each printhead so that it can be recalibrated to any of the allowable ink types shown above.

For details of the recalibration procedure refer to the Service/Maintenance Manual appropriate to the printer.

Printheads calibrated for 'Food Grade Inks' add £40 premium to the prices shown.

The Mk5 70 Micron Printheads are supplied calibrated to Linx ink 3103.

The Food Grade Mk5 Midi Printheads are supplied calibrated to Linx ink 6100 (24 high only) or to Linx ink

The Mk5 Midi Printheads are supplied calibrated to Linx ink 3103, to Linx ink 6100 for 'FDA-type' Food Grade

The offset code for Linx ink 6120 (24 high only) is supplied with each printhead calibrated to Linx ink 6100.

A table giving the offset codes is supplied with each printhead. If necessary, this can be used to recalibrate for the Linx inks shown at the beginning of this section.

If other Ink/Printhead combinations are required please enquire of Linx Sales department.

The Mk5 70 Micron Printheads are supplied fitted with 50 Micron Printhead Connector (White) FA20254. A table giving the offset codes is supplied with each printhead. If necessary, this can be used to recalibrate for the Linx inks shown at the beginning of this section.

Mk5 printheads should be ordered by ink type, e.g. FA22019/3103, FA22021/6100 or FA22020/6220.

Comments

Recommended for use in applications using a magnetic conveyor in order to shield the printhead Hall effect switch.Not fitted as standard. For use with Mk5 Midi printhead only.

Replacement Nozzle Assembly for Mk5 Midi, Mk7 Ultima and Mk7 Midi printheads calibrated to Linx ink 3103. An offset code is supplied with each nozzle to recalibrate to the Linx inks approved for the printhead type.Replacement Nozzle Assembly for Mk5 Midi printhead calibrated to Linx Ink 6100 (24 High only).
