St. Agatha’s School is significant for its association with the growing Italian–American population in the Triangle neighborhood during the early-to-mid-twentieth century. This large Queen Anne style house was the home, of Dr. Frederick M. Boyle, a local physician. Boyle purchased the house in 1907 from William H. Fitzpatrick, an early developer of much of this area. Converted to apartments.
