Section 5 – Colour Vibrations & Crystal Light Healing This Section is divided into 3 Parts:

PART A: Understanding Colour PART B: Colour Vibrations & Chakra Balancing PART C: Acute/Chronic Healing with Colour PART A: Understanding Colour Whilst our physical hearing is limited to between 16hz and 25,000hz (though the average is 20hz to 20,000hz), hertz frequencies exist both above and below these ranges. Whilst our Chakra hertz frequencies are in the hundreds (eg the Heart at 256 hz), hertz frequency vibrations extend into the thousands, billions and trillions. In actual fact, hertz frequencies are infinite as they reflect the field of the infinite ALL of Creation. The Electromagnetic Spectrum As we have discussed, energy travels in waves, and the number of waves created in one second of time is referred to as the frequency and measured in hertz. Visible Light has a frequency of between:

430 x 1012 hz (430 Trillion hz) at the Colour RED through to 750 x 1012 hz (750 Trillion hz) at the Colour VIOLET.

The Table 1 below shows the Electro-Magnetic Spectrum of hertz frequencies that fall below the Visible Light hertz frequency band (ie have lower frequencies/longer waves) and energy frequencies that are above the Visible Light hertz frequency band (ie have higher frequencies/shorter waves). To calculate the speed of light, you multiply frequency by wave length. The speed of light equals 300,000,000 metres per second.

Sound Frequencies and Colour The sound frequencies of the Chakras are linked harmonically to their corresponding colours. Forinstance, when we resonate the sound of a particular Chakra, the energy of the sound creates harmonics which result in the ‘creation’ of the colour of that Chakra. Lets take for example the Heart Chakra. The Heart Chakra holds a resonance of Note C at 256 hz. When we sound the Heart Chakra, energy moves in octaves through doubling of the hertz. Thus C at 256 hz becomes C at 512 hz, then C at 1024 hz etc. Once you have harmonically moved through 42 level of Octaves (including your original starting point), you reach number C at 570 Trillion hz (570 x 1012 hz), which is more commonly known as the colour GREEN. Table 2 below demonstrates that when you sound any of the Chakras, the movement of energy via harmonics creates the hertz colour frequency of that Chakra 42 Octaves up. Table 3 then demonstrates the ‘Heart Chakra’ harmonic movement of sound to colour in more detail, then Table ? is a summary of Sound creating Colour for all the Chakras.

42 Octaves – Sound to Colour Why does it take 42 Octaves for sound to create colour ? Apart from being the ultimate answer to ‘Life, the Universe & Everything’ in the book The Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy, number 42 is a sacred number within Creation:

It is presumed that CLH Sessions STAGES 1 to 4 have already been completed (as per CLH Level II) prior to commencing this STAGE 5. STAGE 10: CLH Session – Integrate & Finalise Healing To finalise this Chakra Balance with the PLATONICS + SOUND + COLOUR, now complete the following STAGE 10 Steps as discussed in CLH Level II. Step 1: At Ketheric Level, command that all healing integrates (re-weaves) into the clients

Crystalline Matrix (CM) in all directions of time and space and balances & harmonises on all levels of the CM.

Step 2: Release the MH resonance at the Ketheric Template level & return to its rightful position (full Octahedron Grid). Step 3: State the Blessings & Release.

PART C: Acute/Chronic Healing with Colour Apart from using COLOUR in association with Chakra balancing (per Part B), we can also use COLOUR in many different ways to support Crystal Light Healing. For example, say a client presented with symptoms associated with deficiency in RED (we will discuss symptoms of excess or deficiency in a moment). Here are a couple of examples of ways you could work with the colour RED:

• During the healing session you could ‘flood’ the sacred healing space with the colour RED via the use of Master Crystal Energies or Generator crystals to support the healing session (refer to CLH Level I).

• After the healing session have the client eat more RED foods in their diet, or place RED crystals either around the bed in a grid or in water as an elixir

When performing STAGE 1 of a Crystal Light Healing session, during the Case History taking, you will get a fair indication of the ‘COLOUR’ imbalances that are present within your client. You can then make a treatment plan of how you could/will work with colour during the CLH Session. Then during STAGE 11, when you are creating your post treatment plan for your client after the CLH Session, you can then make a note of any tools you wish you client to utilize in order to work with COLOUR. The following COLOUR tables give a symptomology picture of Excess / Deficiency & Balanced expressions of each colour. Also are listed possible Acute/Chronic conditions that may respond well to COLOUR therapy.
