We are aware that a procedural requirement of the program is the designation and creation of a Reinvestment Zone prior to execution of a Value Limitation Agreement. Mart ISD spans area in both Limestone and McLennan Counties, therefore the Mart ISD School Board intends to create the required Reinvestment Zone for this project at a regularly scheduled meeting prior to entering into a Value Limitation Agreement with Prairie Hill Wind Project, LLC.
