DoorHan full vision doors do not freeze at joints; they are resistant to corrosion and have lasting appeal. The exceptional performance of DoorHan full vision industrial sectional doors is the best solution for your business.

Aluminium profile T-bridges are used to increase the ener-gy efficiency of the doors. T-bridge is a system of aluminium profiles with a thermal insulating insert made of high-strength polyamide. The system prevents the door from freezing and saves money on heating. The panoramic panel is equipped with a fillet system. If you need to change the glass you do not have to remove the whole panel, just the fillet.

DoorHan full vision sectional doors are available with a pass door, which provides access into the premises when the door is closed. A reliable sealing system ensures the door is thermally insulated.

Panels of DoorHan full vision sectional doors are constructed of alu-minium profiles and glazing units. Glazing materials are polycarbonate, impact-resistant polycarbonate or acrylic plastic (Plexiglas). These ma-terials are lightweight, strong and have a no-drop coating. The design of the aluminium profiles provides high reliability and durability of the door leaf. For increased thermal insulation DoorHan offers combined doors with DoorHan panoramic and sandwich panels.

Impact-resistant polycarbonate has outstanding properties.Panels with polycarbonate glazing are 200 times stronger than

glass panels.The strength of polycarbonate sheets is permanent in any

weather conditions within a temperature range from –40 to 248°F. Panels with polycarbonate glazing have an increased lev-el of light transmission of up to 91% and their properties do not change even under long-term exposure to direct sunlight.

Extruded acrylic sheet (plexiglas) used in full vision door panels has unsurpassed levels of weatherability and light transmission (up to 92%). Internal ribs provide extra strength. Three types of plexiglas are used with different levels of transparency, cell spacing mea-surements and tints.

PLEXIGLAS RESIST is a heat insulating and weather resis-tant double-skin sheet made of impact-modified acrylic (PMMA). Used if exceptional impact resistance and ease of construction are required. PLEXIGLAS RESIST is available in 2 options: RESIST W1621 with light transmission of 74% and RESIST 00721 with light transmission of 85%.

PLEXIGLAS HEATSTOP is a double-skin sheet reflecting infrared radiation and made of impact-modified acrylic (PMMA). The HEATSTOP protec-tion is uniformly distributed into the sheet substrate. PLEXIGLAS HEATSTOP has higher impact resistance than other acrylic plastics. It has a NO DROP coat-ing with a protective layer.

PLEXIGLAS ALLTOP is a double-skin sheet with wide cell spacing of 64 mm and a NO DROP coating on both sides and inside the cells. This provides light transmission of up to 91% and condensation both on the internal and external surfaces is virtually invisible. ALLTOP sheets help to increase energy effi-ciency.

DOOR AUTOMATION

The automatic systems make the door a modern and high-tech product and also make it easier to open and close the doors.

DoorHan operators are the ideal solution for any type of industrial door. Shaft-30/60/120 ope-ratros are shaft-type operators with an “oil-bath” gear box. This technology increases the service life of the operator and makes it suitable for heavy use.

It consists of an electric motor and gear box. It is equipped with a built-in control unit and a 3-position control station. In the event of a pow-er cut you can open and close the door manually using the chain.

Used for traffic control. The casing is made of high-quality plastic.

Photocells are safety devices used to prevent the door’s descent when an object or a body enters or obstructs the door’s operation area. These devices use photoelectronic cells and sensors to detect an infra-red beam that, when interrupted, signals an area-obstruction to the control board, which in turn stops (or reverses) the door

KEYSWITCH

OPTOELECTRONIC SENSORS

Optokit sensors include 2 in-frared safety sensors, a receiver and a transmitter. Both sensors are fitted into a rubber seal. Once the rubber profile is deformed, the optical beam breaks and a signal is sent to the control unit to stop or reverse the door.

EXTERNAL RADIO RECEIVERS

DHRE-2 receivers are designed to control other manufactur-ers’ automatic equipment from a DoorHan transmitter. They can be connected to any door ope-rator.

The open pass door non-contact sensor prevents the door operator from starting when the pass door is open. When you open the pass door the magnet and the reader are displaced, which breaks the contact and pre-vents the control unit from starting the op-erator.

The crossbar lock is one of the most reliable methods of keeping a door locked and it helps to prevent unauthorized ac-cess. It is operated from both sides and is made of high-quality steel.

The door closer makes operating the pass door much easier. DoorHan pass door closers are secured in steel reinforce-ment.

DoorHan pass doors are equip ped with mortise locks and elegant handles.

A handle is an essential part of any door. DoorHan step-handles have an er-gonomic and elegant design. When open-ing the door manually there is no need to apply a lot of force.

11Dock levelers are designed to compensate for the

height difference between a truck bed and the storage floor. When using dock levelers the loading/unloading takes much less time. Mechanical folding and mobile tracks, which are designed to provide access for a truck loader/hand truck from the ramp to the truck body of-fer more simple solutions. If the storage is not equipped with a ramp and a truck needs to be loaded/unloaded directly from the ground, DoorHan offers an easy and modern solution — mobile ramps. The rising/lowering of the mobile ramp is controlled by a manual or elec-trohydraulic drive equipped with safety systems. Our company also offers lifting tables which can lift goods to a height of up to 16 ft.
