Centralized Enterprise Fuel Management Soluti onFuelsManager® Aviati on runs from Varec’s Data Center as a collecti on of applicati on soft ware services. The Varec Data Center replaces local client and server workstati ons to provide a centralized enterprise system. This means all users are able to connect to the Varec Data Center remotely to access the specifi c soft ware applicati on they use - IntoPlane, dispatch or fuel accounti ng. Each soft ware applicati on shares data to provide local end users with real-ti me informati on and status updates, while also providing remote users corporate-wide overviews and administrati on of all FuelsManager airport installati ons.

Mission Criti cal Upti meVarec’s Data Center is located in a certi fi ed Tier 4 facility. It is capable of providing mission criti cal upti me and availability with multi ple acti ve power and cooling distributi on paths, redundant components and proven fault tolerance for industry-wide fueling operati ons.

Enterprise Reporti ng § Automated Reporti ng Services. Single point access allows each authorized user to create and view enterprise-wide (global, regional or local) acti vity reports from all airport locati ons. Reports can also be automati cally exported and delivered via email to designated users.

§ Integrate with Microsoft ® Offi ce. Quickly export data in various fi le formats. For example, use Microsoft ® Excel’s features to aggregate data or create professional charts and graphs. Alternati vely, a standard CSV fi le can be exported from FuelsManager® and imported into other third-party systems.

§Web Fuel Ticketi ng. Aircraft fuel ti cket informati on can be entered over the Internet or your Intranet. This allows you a very cost-eff ecti ve ti cketi ng soluti on for smaller airport operati ons.

Reducing IT Support Requirementsand Capital ExpenditureOperati ng as an applicati on service, Varec’s enti re FuelsManager Aviati on soluti on is accessed remotely via a VPN connecti on from any computer. This means that there is no local soft ware to install, servers to manage or databases to maintain. All technical support and Data Center maintenance is performed directly by Varec - signifi cantly reducing an airline’s capital expenditure. The airlines IT department no longer needs to be concerned with ongoing server maintenance, soft ware or hardware upgrades.

Experienced Enterprise Soluti on ProviderVarec has extensive experience in integrati ng FuelsManager® with ERP systems and third-party business partners, such as SAP, to enable e-business. As a Microsoft Gold Certi fi ed Partner, our enterprise soluti ons have uti lized redundant server confi gurati ons, Microsoft Clustering Services, SQL Server databases, Reporti ng Services and Internet Informati on Server to provide reliable access to data worldwide.

We realize the additi onal ti me and costs for an airline when undertaking an IT integrati on project. To reduce this burden, Varec development engineers work with airlines to ensure a seamless transfer of all airline fl ight schedules and fuel loads to Varec’s data center in a single data stream. Once the complete data feed has been established, fl ight schedules and fuel load informati on can be easily fi ltered directly at Varec’s Data Center. This allows the airline to decide which airports to automate with minimal or typically no further airline IT eff ort, life cycle support requirements or capital expenditure.

dispatchers to plan and manage resources more eff ecti vely! FuelsManager® Aviati on is able to import (a fl at data fi le) standard airline marketi ng schedules for use with dispatch management.

§ FIDS. React quickly to fl ight schedule and gate changes! The FIDS interface provides FuelsManager® Aviati on real-ti me fl ight informati on updates for use with dispatch and into-plane operati ons.

§ Fuel Loads. Reduce the eff ort required to collect, document and deliver fuel load informati on! This interface receives and collates fueling data and dispatched fuel orders in real-ti me for use with dispatch and into-plane operati ons.

§ eFuel Ticket. Improve your operati ons and save ti me by automati cally verifying aircraft fuel loads! This real-ti me interface shares the completed electronic fuel ti cket and associated data with an airline for fi nal verifi cati on by weights and balances and ACARS messaging.

§ ExSTARS. Have the confi dence of knowing your ExSTARS report is accurately submitt ed to the IRS on-ti me, each and every month! The required EDI fi le is automati cally calculated and includes a daily summary of all receipts and issues, product returns/credits, book adjustments, daily net totals and end-of-month physical inventories.
