Custom-Fabricated Deck SheetsOur flagship Duro-Last membrane features deck sheets that are custom-fabricated in sections up to 2,500 square feet, fitting each roof precisely to its unique specifications. Instead of in the field, up to 85 percent of the seams are completed under ideal, factory-controlled conditions — reducing waste, saving on labor and preventing leaks.

Duro-Last’s Exclusive Two-Way Air VentsOur breather vents help control negative air pressure and promote air flow in mechanically attached systems.

Custom-Fabricated Stack FlashingsDuro-Last’s stacks are also custom-fabricated — from 1" diameter up to any required size. Factory custom-fabrication reduces field labor costs and the leaks that are common with site-created flashings.

Duro-Light™ SkylightsOffering thick, high density lenses, Duro-Light skylights utilize two systems to prevent water penetration: A robust tape and glazing application along with a unique, high performance weather seal that provides air and water infiltration resistance as well as reduced condensation.

Custom-Fabricated Parapets and Wall FlashingsParapet and wall flashing details are custom-fabricated to fit these surfaces exactly, reducing onsite labor and material waste. If required by the project, flashings can be made to completely wrap the parapet — providing waterproof protection against leaks related to aged wall surfaces.

Roof-Trak® III Walkway PadRoof-Trak III is a non-skid, maintenance-free walkway pad manufactured from recycled Duro-Last membranes. Designed to provide protection in heavily traveled rooftop areas, the pads also provide added protection around mechanical equipment and as a separator for sleepers that support mechanical equipment.

KnuckleHead Rooftop Supports KnuckleHead Rooftop Supports are designed to provide structural support for piping, electrical and mechanical equipment. These stands help with the load distribution of heavy objects on rooftops and are compatible with all Duro-Last Roofing Systems.

Plenum Vents These vents are fabricated from a rigid exterior vinyl and have a 6-inch skirt made from Duro-Last’s proprietary thermoplastic roofing membrane. Designed to allow passive air exchange between unconditioned attic space and the outside atmosphere, Plenum Vents incorporate a vent screen and a large vent cap to protect against water infiltration.

Duro-Last® Roof Pavers Duro-Last Roof Pavers are heavy duty interlocking 24-inch by 24-inch pavers designed to protect a variety of roofing systems from damage due to excessive traffic and maintenance work. Featuring a half-inch thick top layer and half-inch thick bottom layer, Roof Pavers can also be used for rooftop patios, work areas, and other high-traffic spaces.

Drains Duro-Last offers custom-fabricated Drain Boots, OMG SpeedTite® Roof Drains, and drain covers. Duro-Last Drain Boots can be used in most circular roof drains and are especially useful in reroofing applications. Additionally, Duro-Last Drain Boots are fabricated from our specially formulated roofing membrane, ensuring a long-lasting, watertight flashing.

Rooftop Anchors Designed to provide a simple solution for the installation of solar roofing systems without the use of heavy ballasts, these anchors are sturdy enough to withstand high winds and heavy seismic activity. U-Anchor 2400™ attachments by Anchor Productsare available, as well as OMG PowerGrip™ Plusanchors.
