Global Performance Monitoring

The Performance Management Dashboard (PMD) serves as the centralized resource tool for displaying service delivery metrics and operational information. It provides a Customer Snapshot page with multiple interactive information portlets, which

display total client roll-up information and allows a drill down view for each individual site. KPI scorecards and measurements for constant evaluation of the security pro-grams are readily accessible in the PMD.
