About the PSM - Competency Assessment Tool
The PSM Competency Assessment Tool (CAT) is an online assessment developed
by Empower School of Health to assess Procurement and Supply Management
(PSM) capacity development needs of staff working in public health
organizations
The assessment determines PSM profile of an assesse by asking
a series of questions in these three areas
The PSM assessment is adapted from the People that Deliver (PtD) framework
for supply chain competency mapping
