THE PROCESS:You will begin a journey that will affect your life and the way that you look at life. There may be times when you will feel challenged, frustrated, and overwhelmed. That is part of the process. And there will be many times when you will experience a deeper connection to your Self, a new profound respect for who you are, and an ability to forge richer relationships with Others.

THE COURSE:This course was designed for you to acquire the tools and techniques necessary to become a brilliant coach. There are twelve modules that cover the curriculum for certification. And you will have ample opportunity to do "hands-on" coaching to build your expertise as a coach. You have six months to complete the training. Once you have completed the Self-Development Assignments for a module and completed the Module Quiz, you can advance to the next Module.

Self Mastery I – Feng Shui for Mind, Body and Spirit.Personal development, goal setting and an introduction to cognitive behavioral awareness theory, essential for Life Coaching. Self Mastery II – Coach Training and Leadership.Course includes cognitive behavioral awareness training, coach theory, inquiry and listening skills, NLP theory, motivational inquiry and hands-on coaching. This intensive

training gives you the practical hands-on experience to effectively and confidently coach and mentor others. 6 live webinar sessions, two personal development workshops, 3�feedback�session�(for�evaluation�and�proficiency�working�with strangers) - $2500; CTL Package $6190

Self Mastery training is designed so that the student can study at his/her own pace. There is a competency evaluation at the end of each session and once passed, the student can advance to the next session topic. After completing Self Mastery I and logging 10 hours of coaching, a SMS I Certification is awarded. During Self Mastery II, proficiency, knowledge, and use of the coaching skills are evaluated at the Feedback Sessions and is an important part of the SMS CTL certification process. After completing Self Mastery I and II, and logging an addition 15 hours of coaching, an Internship Certification is awarded. An additional 25 hours of coaching sessions are required to attain the CTL Certificate. Credit is given for staffing SMS courses.

There�is�a�Graduation�Dinner�and�Certification�event�for�those achieving CTL Certification. There is one held in the spring and in the fall.
