You can visit many interesting places around the city centre such as the famous Petronas Twin Towers that is 451.9 meters, 88 storeys height with the famous Suria KLCC shopping mall at its bottom, and the KL Tower that is 421 meters height with an observation deck that you can have a 360 degree view of the city. If you are adventurous for foods, go around visiting the local restaurants in town that offer many delicious foods, of which some are even run by their 3rd generation. Day 3 – Pulau Pangkor (Pangkor Island)

Head out from Kuala Lumpur to the north towards Pulau Pangkor. Observing the Malaysian kampongs (villages) and wooden houses that are raised above the ground on stilts with large verandahs where families can relax. You can also enjoy the nice scenery of padi fields, banana, palms, coconut trees, guava trees and durian trees surrounding the kampongs. Stop by for lunch at the town of Lumut and then travel to Pangkor Island by ferry.

 Pangkor Island is famous for its fine beaches. Don’t forget to visit Teluk Nipah and Pasir Bogak, where you can spot colorful corals and vibrant fish in the water. Sport fishing, jet skiing, catamaran sailing, parasailing, and snorkeling are among tourist popular activities.

 If you prefer to stay on land, there’s a few good places to visit: the Chinese Foo-Lin Kong temple, Dutch Fort with Tiger Rock, the fishing villages, ikan bilis(anchovies) shops and factories, shipbuilding and many more.

Day 4 & 5 - Penang

It is time for you to head to the coast and the golden beaches of Penang Stop by at Kuala Kangsar to visit the famous mosque and palace. Your two night stay at a Penang is a chance to relax and enjoy excellent street foods, or use the car to explore this delightful island. George Town itself is an UNESCO World Heritage City with many heritage trails, visit the Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Kek Lok Si, Fort Cornwallis, Khoo Kongsi, The Snake Temple, St. George’s Church, Goddess of Mercy Temple and many more.

Enjoy your time at beautiful Batu Ferringi beach, and you may also stop by at Butterfly Farm, Bird Park, Botanical Garden, and the Penang National Park to experience the beauty of nature. Take a ride to the Gurney Drive to try the famous local foods like char kuey teow, asam laksa, hokkien mee, rojak, fried oyster as well as various fresh seafood at the restaurants around. Enjoy the seafront view as you walk along the beautiful beach after your meal.

Day 2 & 3 - Taman Negara for 2 nights Head out from Kuala Lumpur and head north towards Taman Negara. This is actually one of the oldest rainforests in the world that is estimated at 130 million years old that has one of the world most complex and rich ecosystems. Upon arrival leave your vehicle in the secured parking facility and check-in at the Hotel to refresh yourself before going into the Taman Negara National Park. Enjoy fresh air & beautiful scenery of nature before your dinner. Day 4 – Kuantan After some exciting adventure in the forest, it is time for you take a break at the beautiful and relaxing beaches of Kuantan. Visit the lovely Teluk Chempedak beach and Balok beach, and you may also go for various facilities for water sports, including kayaking and boating. Besides the beautiful beaches, the Beserah fishing village that is famous for fresh fish every day is just around 7 km away from town! In fact, you may also purchase here a well-known local product, salted fish. You can also visit Taman Teruntum next to the Kuantan golf course for it’s Mini Zoo, and it also offer Nite Zoo if you decided to go there in the late evening. Another famous place to visit is the Sungai Lembing Mines. Take a short train ride into the mine and experience the feeling as you are going for a day work underground. A simulated lift will bring you further down by more than 1000 meters. Others nearby attractions including elevated viewpoint , waterfalls, caves, and much more. 

Visit the Natural Batik Village and learn more about the production process of Malaysia famous Batik, and you can even make your own Batik here. You can visit the night market if you are in Kuantan on Saturday night. The local foods here are very interesting as well, such as the famous satay (Malaysian barbecue meat), seafood, Kemaman Coffee, Keropok Lekor, Nasi Dagang, Hainanese chicken rice, and more....

Day 2 & 3 – Lake Kenyir Lake Kenyir is the largest man-made lake in South East Asia spanning over 200,000 hectares. It is located in the state of Terengganu, and surrounded by the world’s oldest rainforest, stretching as far west as Kelantan and south to Pahang,

There are more than 340 islands throughout the lake, and Lake Kenyir has countless number of cascading waterfalls, with abundance of rapids and rivers. Due to it’s large water catchment area of 38,000 hectares, Tasik Kenyir is natural heaven for freshwater fish like Toman, Kelisa, Kelah, Sebarau, Lampam and more. Therefore, it has also become a very popular fishing place for local and tourists. Rapid shooting, rafting, kayaking, boating and canoeing are popular activities for the water sport lovers. You can also explore the Taat Cave and Bewah Cave to witness the extraordinary sight of stalactities and stalagmites, and remember to bring along your torchlight when you go there. Tasik Kenyir also has a world of untouched virgin tropical jungle that is estimated to be millions of years old.
