A new way to break rocks, slags and scrap

SELFRAG History: Swiss company, founded in 2007. Owned by PE firms, management, and institutional/private investors

Principles of Technology: Patented high voltage pulse power technology that fragments or weakens virtually any material. Proven in lab environments and solar silicon manufacturing (continuous 1 ton/h)

Target Market: Continuous 100-1000 ton/h, scalable pre-weakening system for mining and recycling comminution circuits, both greenfield and retrofit. Solution under development

Value Proposition: Significant reduction in comminution, in particular milling, energy consumption and operational costs and increasing efficiency and productivity
