Selling!!
Main problems…
1. Just a few people in my LC is selling
2. My members are not motivated
3. I am busy training people
4. My year is almost over, my role is to train the new VP
Planning your month1. Have a clear Raising goal
a) How much sells appoitments should I have to achieve this goal?
b) Which companies you want to approach in this month?
c) How many people is actively selling?d) Split the number of sell appointments and companies
between your members!e) Track them!
Its easier to track weeekly a member than track monthly a goal!!
Just Tips…1. The ones selling SHOULDN’T BE only the ICX members!!a) Ask your EB to go with the new members
Remember than TN raising is not an ICX Goal… is a LC GOAL!!
2. Have a focus and be SMART!! If you want to increase your MT raising, choose 1 to 3 economic sectors to intensively approach!!
3. Create projects!!! If you have identified an specific sector or group of companies, you can create projects with specific goals, timelines and members (make them live IBXPs!!)
4. Make sure you reward your best sellers
Just Tips…5. Use your network
a) Check the partnership menu to see partners in the past
b) Ask alumni for supportc) Get endorsement letters from your current partners
and important alumni
6. Dont be afraid of making mistakes (structures, strategies, etc)
7. Remember that learning comes by experience so…. JUST DO IT!!

2. Stop thinking by pools
3. Even more important than the appointment is the follow-up!
4. Proposals should be short and on time!
