Erstklassige Hölzer und Materialien sowie sorgfältige

Verarbeitung bürgen für die Qualität der Möbel aus der

Produktlinie Epoca by Selva.

Furnierte Flächen wie Fronten, Seitenteile, Rückwände,

Abdeckplatten und Einlegeböden verarbeiten wir,

je nach Ausführung, in Kirschbaum, Tanganica,

Buche, Pappelschichtholz (Furniersperrholz Pappel),

Ayousschichtholz (Ayous Furniersperrholz), usw.

Einzelheiten entnehmen Sie den Modellbeschreibungen.

Furnierte Flächen werden auf Trägermaterialien wie

Spanplatten usw. gearbeitet. Kranzprofile, Rahmen,

Sockel, Profilleisten und Gestelle werden aus Massivholz

gefertigt. Wir verwenden dafür, je nach Ausführung, u.a.

amerikanisch Tulipier (Tulpenbaum), Linde, Buche usw.

For the veneered sections, such as fronts, side sections,

back walls, panels, and shelves, we use cherry veneer,

tanganika, beech, multi-ply poplar (laminated poplar),

multi-ply ayous (laminated ayous), and others, depending

upon the model.

Veneered surfaces are applied to base materials such as

particleboard and others.

Cornice profiles, body frames, bases, mouldings, and seat

frames are made from solid wood. Among the woods we

use for these are American tulipwood (from the tulip tree),

Eine Möbelkollektion für all jene Menschen, welche die

französische Lebensart lieben. Diese Kollektion ist vom Stil

Louis Philippe beeinflusst.

Dieser französische Stil, welcher nach dem Bürgerkönig

Louis Philippe benannt ist, greift wieder einige Formen

des Rokoko des 18. Jahrhunderts auf, wie auch des

Historismus. Dieser Stil äußert sich durch be wegtere

Formen der Möbel, wie die schwingenden Linien und

die auf- und abschwellenden Formen und Kurven, und

beeinflusste ganz Europa.

Dedicata a chi ama tutto quello che è francese, essa si

ispira allo stile Luigi Filippo.

Lo stile francese intitolato a Luigi Filippo re dal 1830 al

1848 , riprese alcune forme del rococò del XVIII secolo e

dello storicismo. Lo stile proponeva morfologie mosse e

ondulate e si diffuse ben presto in tutta Europa. A furniture collection for all those who love the French

way of life. This collection was influenced by the Louis

Philippe style.

This French style, named after the „citizen king“ Louis

Philippe, once again takes up several forms from the

Rococo period of the 18th century as well as from

historicism. This style is characterized by moving forms

in furniture, such as wavy lines and ebbing and flowing

forms and curves, and its influence was felt across all of

Europe.

Holz und Verarbeitung

Alle Massivteile der Collection Mirabeau (Kranz, Sockel, Profile und Rahmen)

sind aus Amerikanisch Tulipier (Tulpenbaum: Liriodendron tulipifera), einem

im östlichen Nordamerika weit verbreiteten Laubwaldbaum mit einer sehr

gleichmäßigen und fein strukturierten Holzmaserung. Fronten, Seitenteile,

sichtbare Rückwände und Platten sind in europäischen Kirschbaumholz

bunt furniert (beplankt). Die Furnierstreifen werden „bunt“ im Furnierbild

zusammengesetzt. Die handwerkliche Herstellungsweise und der massive

Charakter der Möbelstücke wird dadurch besonders hervorgehoben.

Zierbeschläge

Großen Wert legen wir auf die sorgfältige Abstimmung der Zierbeschläge, um

den besonderen Stil dieser Kollektion zu unterstreichen. Für die Collection

Mirabeau verwenden wir wertvolle Zierbeschläge in Messing, antikisiert und

brüniert.

Einlegeböden

Holz- und Glaseinlegeböden sind höhenverstellbar bzw. abnehmbar (siehe

Detailbeschreibung) und sind wie folgt ausgeführt:

- in Holz, eine Stärke von 17 mm, (alle Möbel)

- in Holz, eine Stärke von 23 mm, (alle Bücherregale)

Die Messingträger können in den vorgegebenen Positionen eingesetzt

werden.

Rückwände

Die Vitrinen-Rückwände dieser Kollektion können nicht mit Stoff bespannt

werden.

Bezüge

Die Polstermöbel können mit den Stoffen aus der Preisklasse Kategorie 2,3 und

4 bezogen werden (siehe Selva-Stoffkollektion).

Legni e lavorazione

Le parti massicce della Collezione Mirabeau (corpo, cimasa,cornici, basamento

e profili) sono realizzate in toulipier americano (Liriodendron Tulipifera). Una

specie di latifoglia molto diffusa nelle regioni orientali del Nord America.

Caratteristica principale di questo legno è la venatura fine e regolare che

lo rende particolarmente apprezzato. Le parti impiallacciate (frontali, parti

laterali, schienali a vista e piani) sono realizzate in ciliegio Europeo “dogato”.

“Impiallacciatura dogata” consiste nel comporre i fogli di impiallaccio in maniera

alternata e in diverse larghezze. Questa produzione artigianale trasmette al

mobile un carattere massiccio e fa risaltare la sapienza costruttiva dei nostri

artigiani.

Ferramenta ornamentale

Per valorizzare e sottolineare il carattere proprio di ogni collezione, la scelta

della giusta ferramenta decorativa è fondamentale.

Per questo motivo abbiamo impreziosito la Collezione Mirabeau con accessori

realizzati in ottone brunito ed anticato.

Ripiani

Tutti i ripiani a vista, inseriti nei mobili, sono mobili e/o regolabili a diverse

altezze (si vedano maggiori dettagli nella descrizione di ogni singolo modello)

e sono realizzati:

- in legno con spessore di 17 mm (in tutti i mobili)

- in legno con spessore di 23 mm (nelle librerie)

I perni reggiripiani realizzati in ottone si possono inserire in più posizioni lungo

i fianchi del mobile.

Schienali

Gli schienali delle vetrine di questa collezione non possono essere rivestiti in

tessuto.

Tessuti

I modelli imbottiti vengono realizzati nei tessuti appartenenti alle categorie 2,

3 e 4 del nostro attuale campionario tessuti.22

woods and workmanship

All solid sections of the Collection Mirabeau (such as cornices, bases, mouldings, and

frames) are made from American tulipwood (the tulip tree: Liriodendron tulipifera), a

deciduous tree that is widely found throughout the eastern part of North America with

a very even and finely structured grain.

Fronts, side sections, visible back walls, and panels are veneered with variegated

European cherry wood (planked). The veneer strips are assembled in a “variegated”

pattern in the veneer formation. In so doing, the handcrafted production method and

the solid character are especially emphasized.

Decorative Fittings

We have always attached great importance to the careful coordination of the decorative

fittings with the furniture, in order to underscore the unique style of each collection. For

the Collection Mirabeau, we use high-quality, decorative fittings in brass that have been

antiqued and burnished.

Shelving

Wood and glass shelving is adjustable in height or removable (see the description of

details) and are constructed as follows:

- in wood, with a thickness of 17 mm / 0.67 in. (all other furniture).

- in wood, with a thickness of 23 mm / 0.91 in. (all bookcases)

The brass supports may be used in the positions provided.

Backrests

The backs of the china cabinets in this collection cannot be covered with fabric.

Fabrics

The upholstered furniture may be covered with the fabrics from Price Categories 2, 3, or

4 (see the Selva Fabric Collection).

Illuminazione

Le vetrine della Collezione Mirabeau possono essere dotate, a richiesta, di

impianto di illuminazione interna (opzione I4) da posizionare su ogni ripiano

di cristallo, secondo le norme CEI e sono in linea con le Norme UE per

i trasformatori e i faretti alogeni. In caso di surriscaldamento le lampade si

spengono automaticamente.

Qual’ora il cliente fosse intenzionato ad inserire (nelle vetrine) l’illuminazione

sarà tenuto a forare lo schienale e, con le dovute istruzioni, provvedere

all’istallazione dell’impianto utilizzando personale qualificato.

Compreso nel kit di illuminazione sono punto luce, trasformatore, collegamento

a incastro e cavi.

Le operazioni di montaggio devono essere eseguite solo da personale

specializzato.

Lighting

The optionally available interior lighting systems(Option I4) for the china cabinets of the

Collection Mirabeau carry the inspection mark VDE and comply with EU specifications

for transformers and halogen lamps. In the unlikely event of overheating, the lamps will

switch off automatically.

The lights, which are delivered uninstalled, are placed on the rear edge of the selected

glass shelf. The wiring is led through the back wall at a corresponding spot (see

instruction for assembly) and is connected by means of a special plug. When assembling

the lights, the holes that are necessary must be drilled. The lighting sets include light

bulbs, transformers, and wiring including the corresponding plug connectors.

Please note that the lamp set should be professionally installed by a qualified workman.

Beleuchtung

Die wahlweise lieferbaren Innenbeleuchtungssysteme (Option I4) für die

Vitrinen der Collection Mirabeau tragen das VDE-Prüfzeichen, sie entsprechen

den EU-Normen für Transformatoren und Halogenstrahler. Bei Überhitzung

schalten die Leuchten automatisch ab.

Die lose gelieferten Leuchten werden auf die rückwärtige Kante der

ausgewählten Glasböden aufgesteckt. Das Kabel wird an entsprechender

Stelle durch die Rückwand geführt (siehe Montageanleitung) und mittels

spezieller Stecker verbunden. Die notwendige Lochbohrung muss anlässlich

der Leuchtenmontage vorgenommen werden. Die Leuchtensets umfassen

Leuchtenkörper, Transformatoren und Verkabelung inkl. entsprechender

Steckverbindungen. Bitte beachten sie, dass das Lampenset von einem

Fachmann fachgerecht zu installieren ist.

Collection Scala ist ein Anbauprogramm für den

Wohnbereich. Durch endloses Aneinanderreihen der

Elemente kann von der klassischen Wohnwandkombination

über die Medienwand bis hin zur Bibliothek und zum

Arbeitszimmer eine, den individuellen Bedürfnissen

angepasste Zusammenstellung gefunden werden.

Scala è una parete componibile che permette di arredare

e soggiornare in un ambiente piacevole e intimo: dove

Gli elementi che compongono la Collezione Scala sono

Die Massivholzteile der Collection Scala (Korpus, Kranz, Profile und Rahmen)

sind aus Amerikanisch Tulipier (Tulpenbaum: lat. Liriodendron tulipifera). Das

Holz dieses aus Nordamerika stammenden Laubbaums zeichnet sich durch eine

besonders gleichmäßige und feinstrukturierte Maserung aus.

Für die furnierten Teile (Fronten, Seitenteile, sichtbare Rückwände und Fächer)

verwenden wir Tanganica.

Zierbeschläge

Die exklusiv für die Collection Scala entwickelten Beschläge sind Hochglanz

verchromt. Die mit echtem Leder belegten Griffe in weiß (M22) oder in braun

(M21) unterstreichen den exklusiven, individuellen Stil der Kollektion.

Einlegeböden



- in Holz, eine Stärke von 23 mm

- in Kristallglas, eine Stärke von 8 mm (Vitrinen mit sichtbaren Fachböden)

Die Fachträger sind verchromt und können in den vorgegebenen Positionen

eingesetzt werden.

Rückwände

Die Vitrinen-Rückwände dieser Kollektion können nicht mit Stoff bespannt

werden.

Vitrinen – Verglasung

Die Glastüren der Collection Scala können wie folgt geliefert werden:

Die Polstermöbel können mit den Stoffen aus der Preisklasse Kategorie 2, 3

Legni e lavorazione

Le parti massicce della Collezione Scala (corpo, cimasa, cornici, basamento e profili) sono

realizzate in tulipier americano (Liriodendron Tulipifera). Una specie di latifoglia molto

diffusa nelle regioni orientali del Nord America. Caratteristica principale di questo legno

è la venatura fine e regolare che lo rende particolarmente apprezzato.

Le parti impiallacciate (frontali, parti laterali, schienali a vista e piani) sono realizzate in

tanganica.


Per valorizzare e sottolineare il carattere proprio di ogni collezione, la scelta della giusta

ferramenta decorativa è fondamentale. Per questo motivo abbiamo impreziosito la

Collezione Scala con accessori realizzati in metallo cromato lucido, rifinite in pelle bianca

(M22) o testa di moro (M21).

Ripiani

Tutti i ripiani a vista, inseriti nei mobili, sono mobili e/o regolabili a diverse altezze (si

vedano maggiori dettagli nella descrizione di ogni singolo modello) e sono realizzati:

- in legno con spessore di 23 mm (in tutte le librerie)

- in cristallo con spessore di 8 mm (nei mobili con anta in vetro)

I perni reggiripiani in finitura cromata si possono inserire in più posizioni lungo i fianchi

del mobile.

Schienali

Gli schienali delle vetrine di questa collezione non possono essere rivestiti in tessuto.

Vetri

Le vetrine della Collezione Scala possono essere fornite, a scelta, con:

- anta in vetro trasparente (V0)

- anta in vetro satinato (V1)

I modelli imbottiti vengono realizzati nei tessuti appartenenti alle categorie 2, 3 e 4 del

nostro attuale campionario tessuti.

Woods and Workmanship

The solid wood sections of the Collection Scala (such as the body, cornices, mouldings,

and frames) are made from American tulipwood (the tulip tree: Liriodendron tulipifera).

The wood of this deciduous tree from North America is characterized by a particularly

even and fine-structured grain. For the veneered sections (fronts, side sections, visible

back walls, and panels), tanganika is used.

Decorative Fittings

The fittings that have been developed exclusively for the Collection Scala are chromed

with a high gloss. The handles, which are covered in genuine leather in white (M22) or

brown (M21) emphasize the exclusive, individual look of the collection.

Beleuchtung

Die wahlweise lieferbaren Innenbeleuchtungssysteme (Option I2) für die

Vitrinen der Collection Scala tragen das VDE-Prüfzeichen, sie entsprechen

den EU-Normen für Transformatoren und Halogenstrahler. Bei Überhitzung

schalten die Leuchten automatisch ab.

Die lose gelieferten Leuchten werden auf die rückwärtige Kante der

ausgewählten Glasböden aufgesteckt. Das Kabel wird an entsprechender

Stelle durch die Rückwand geführt (siehe Montageanleitung) und mittels

spezieller Stecker verbunden. Die notwendige Lochbohrung muss anlässlich der

Leuchtenmontage vorgenommen werden.

Die Leuchtensets umfassen Leuchtenkörper, Transformatoren und Verkabelung

incl. entsprechender Steckverbindungen.

Bitte beachten sie, dass das Lampenset von einem Fachmann fachgerecht zu

installieren ist.

Illuminazione

Le vetrine della Collezione Scala possono essere dotate, a richiesta, di impianto di

illuminazione interna (opzione I2) da posizionare su ogni ripiano di cristallo, secondo le

norme CEI e sono in linea con le Norme UE per i trasformatori e i faretti alogeni. In caso

di surriscaldamento le lampade si spengono automaticamente.

Qual’ora il cliente fosse intenzionato ad inserire (nelle vetrine) l’illuminazione sarà tenuto

a forare lo schienale e, con le dovute istruzioni, provvedere all’istallazione dell’impianto

utilizzando personale qualificato.

Compreso nel kit di illuminazione sono punto luce, trasformatore, collegamento a

incastro e cavi.

Le operazioni di montaggio devono essere eseguite solo da personale specializzato.

Lighting


Collection Scala carry the inspection mark VDE and comply with EU specifications for

transformers and halogen lamps. In the unlikely event of overheating, the lamps will



glass shelf. The wiring is led through the back wall at a corresponding spot (see

instruction for assembly) and is connected by means of a special plug. When assembling

the lights, the holes that are necessary must be drilled.

The lighting sets include light bulbs, transformers, and wiring including the corresponding

Die Massivholzteile der Collection Tango (Kranz, Sockel, Rahmen der Türen und Seiten)

sind aus Linde (Tilia Platyphyllos) gefertigt; die Farbe des Holzes ist weiß getönt. Die

Linde gehört zur Familie der Laubbäume und ist hauptsächlich in Europa verbreitet. Das

Hauptmerkmal dieses Holzes ist die homogene und schlichte Holzfaserung.

Für die furnierten Teile (Fronten, Seitenteile, sichtbare Rückwände, Platten und Fächer)

verwenden wir Fineline aus Pappelschichtholz.

Bei einigen Modellen (E7130, E7132, E7134, E7136, E7138, E7140, E7144) haben wir

die Türen mit Fileteinlagen gestaltet.

Zierbeschläge

Passend zur modernen klaren Linienführung, haben wir für die Möbelfronten der

Collection Tango hochwertige hochglänzend verchromte Griffe vorgesehen.

Einlegeböden

Alle sichtbaren Einlegeböden aus Holz sind verstellbar bzw. abnehmbar (siehe

Detailbeschreibung) und haben eine Stärke von 14 und 17 mm.

Die Fachträger sind verchromt und können in den vorgegebenen Positionen eingesetzt

werden.

Rückwände

Die Vitrinen-Rückwände dieser Kollektion können nicht mit Stoff bespannt werden.

realizzate in tiglio (Tilia Platyphyllos) di colore bianco sfumato di rosa. Il tiglio appartiene

alla famiglia delle latifoglie ed è diffuso prevalentemente in Europa. Caratteristica

principale di questo legno è la fibra omogenea e particolarmente sottile.

The solid wood sections of the Collection Tango (such as cornices, bases, door frames,

and sides) are made from linden (Tilia platyphyllos). The colour of the wood is tinged in

white. It is a deciduous tree that is widespread primarily in Europe. The main feature of

this wood is its simple, homogeneous grain.

For the veneered sections (such as fronts, side sections, visible back walls, panels, and

niches), Fineline made from multi-ply poplar is used.

With some models (E7130, E7132, E7134, E7136, E7138, E7140, and E7144), the doors

have filet inlays.

Decorative Fittings

Attuned to the clear, modern lines, we have provided the furniture faces of the Collection

Tango with top-quality, high-gloss chromed handles.

Shelving

All visible wooden shelves made from wood are adjustable or removable (see the

description of details) and have one of the tow thicknesses of 14 or 17 mm (0.55 or

0.67 in.).

The shelf supports are chromed and may be used in the positions provided.

Beleuchtung

Die wahlweise lieferbaren Innenbeleuchtungssysteme (Option I4) für die Vitrinen

der Collection Tango tragen das VDE-Prüfzeichen, sie entsprechen den EU-Normen

für Transformatoren und Halogenstrahler. Bei Überhitzung schalten die Leuchten

automatisch ab.

Die lose gelieferten Leuchten werden auf die rückwärtige Kante der ausgewählten

Glasböden aufgesteckt. Das Kabel wird an entsprechender Stelle durch die Rückwand

geführt (siehe Montageanleitung) und mittels spezieller Stecker verbunden. Die

notwendige Lochbohrung muss anlässlich der Leuchtenmontage vorgenommen

werden.

Die Leuchtensets umfassen Leuchtenkörper, Transformatoren und Verkabelung incl.

entsprechender Steckverbindungen.

Bitte beachten sie, dass das Lampenset von einem Fachmann fachgerecht zu installieren

ist.

matched European cherry is used. This is an ancient, handcrafted veneering technique in

which alternating leaves of veneer are turned over like the pages of a book, creating an

especially beautiful mirror image in the wood.

Großen Wert legen wir auf die sorgfältige Abstimmung der Zierbeschläge, um den

besonderen Stil dieser Kollektion zu unterstreichen. Für die Collection Giotto verwenden

wir wertvolle Zierbeschläge in Messing.

Legni e lavorazione

Le parti massicce della Collezione Giotto (cornici e profili) sono realizzate in tiglio (Tilia

Platyphyllos) di colore bianco sfumato di rosa. Il tiglio appartiene alla famiglia delle

latifoglie ed è diffuso prevalentemente in Europa. Caratteristica principale di questo legno

è la fibra omogenea e particolarmente sottile. Le parti impiallacciate (frontali, parti laterali,

schienali a vista e piani) sono realizzate in ciliegio Europeo “biliato”. “Impiallacciatura

biliata” consiste nel comporre i fogli di impiallaccio in maniera aperta a libro per ottenere

una composizione delle venature “specchiata” dal prezioso effetto estetico.

Tutti i ripiani, inseriti nei mobili, sono mobili o regolabili a diverse altezze (si vedano maggiori

Illuminazione

Le vetrine della Collezione Giotto possono essere dotate, a richiesta, di impianto di


norme CEI e sono in linea con le Norme UE per i trasformatori e i faretti alogeni. In caso di

surriscaldamento le lampade si spengono automaticamente.

Qualora il cliente fosse intenzionato ad inserire (nelle vetrine) l’illuminazione sarà tenuto

All solid sections of the Collection Giotto (frames and mouldings) are made from linden

(Tilia platyphyllos). The colour of the wood is tinged in white. It is a deciduous tree

that is widespread primarily in Europe. The main feature of this wood is its simple,

homogeneous grain.

For the veneered sections (fronts, side sections, visible back walls, and panels), book-

matched European cherry is used. This is an ancient, handcrafted veneering technique in

which alternating leaves of veneer are turned over like the pages of a book, creating an

especially beautiful mirror image in the wood.

Lighting

The optionally available interior lighting systems (Option I2) for the china cabinets of

the Collection Giotto carry the inspection mark VDE and comply with EU specifications

for transformers and halogen lamps. In the unlikely event of overheating, the lamps will

Alle Massivteile der Collection Verona/Garda (Kranz,

Sockel, Profile und Rahmen) sind aus Amerikanisch Tulipier

(Tulpenbaum: Liriodendron tulipifera), einem im östlichen

Nordamerika weit verbreiteten Laubwaldbaum mit einer

sehr gleichmäßigen und fein strukturierten Holzmaserung.

Für die furnierten Teile (Fronten, Seitenteile, sichtbare

Rückwände und Platten) verwenden wir Pappelschichtholz.

Tür- und Ladenfronten sind in wertvollem Wurzelfurnier

mit Fileteinlagen aus gefärbten Hölzern und umlaufendem

Fries.

Zierbeschläge

Großen Wert legen wir auf die sorgfältige Abstimmung der

Zierbeschläge, um den besonderen Stil dieser Kollektion zu

unterstreichen. Für die Collection Verona/Garda verwenden

wir wertvolle Zierbeschläge in Messing, antikisiert und

cornici, basamento e profili) sono realizzate in tulipier

americano (Liriodendron Tulipifera). Una specie di latifoglia

molto diffusa nelle regioni orientali del Nord America.

Caratteristica principale di questo legno è la venatura fine

e regolare che lo rende particolarmente apprezzato.

Le parti impiallacciate (frontali, parti laterali, schienale a

vista e piani) sono realizzate in precomposto di pioppo.

I frontali delle porte e dei cassetti sono impiallacciati in

pregiata radica delimitata da filetti in legni policromi a

fregio continuo.


Per valorizzare e sottolineare il carattere proprio di ogni

collezione, la scelta della giusta ferramenta decorativa è

fondamentale. Per questo motivo abbiamo impreziosito la

Collezione Verona/Garda con accessori realizzati in ottone

brunito ed anticato

All solid sections of the Collection Verona/Garda (such as

cornices, bases, mouldings, and frames) are made from

American tulipwood (the tulip tree: Liriodendron tulipifera),

a deciduous tree that is widely found throughout the

eastern part of North America with a very even and finely

structured grain.

For the veneered sections (fronts, side sections, visible

back walls, and panels) multi-ply poplar is used. Door and

drawer faces are in high-quality root veneer with filet inlays

from coloured woods and a running frieze.

Decorative Fittings

We have always attached great importance to the careful

coordination of the decorative fittings with the furniture,

in order to underscore the unique style of each collection.

For the Collection Verona/Garda, we use high-quality,

decorative fittings in brass that have been antiqued and

burnished.

Shelving

Wood shelving is adjustable in height or removable (see

the description of details) and is constructed as follows:

- in wood, with a thickness of 14 or 17 mm / 0.55 or 0.67

Lacke veredeln und schützen die Oberflächen der

Möbel. Die exklusiv für uns hergestellten Beizen und

Lacke werden deshalb von uns im Spritzverfahren auf

die Möbel aufgetragen und in vielen Arbeitsgängen von

Hand gewischt, mit feinster Stahlwolle ausgerieben und

geschliffen.

Oberflächenausführungen mit Gebrauchsspuren werden

in aufwändigen handwerklichen Techniken individuell auf

jedem Möbelstück hergestellt, sie vermitteln den Eindruck

einer langen Geschichte des Möbels.

Auf glänzenden Oberflächen können auch bei normalem

Gebrauch und Pflege feine Mikrokratzer entstehen, sie

sind warentypisch. Bei dunklen Farbtönen sind sie leichter

zu erkennen, als auf hellen Oberflächen.

Geringe Farbunterschiede sind unvermeidlich, sie sind

auf die handwerkliche Oberflächenbearbeitung und die

natürlichen Eigenschaften der Hölzer zurückzuführen.

perfici dei mobili. Le patine e le vernici utilizzate, prodotte

in esclusiva per noi, sono spruzzate e stese sul mobile con

accurati movimenti manuali.

Nelle varie fasi di lavorazione, la superficie viene finemente

levigata e trattata con carta abrasiva a grana finissima.

Le finiture con rovinio, dove previste, sono realizzate se-

condo esclusive tecniche artigianali su ogni singolo mobile

e gli donano un aspetto antico.

Sulle finiture lucide, anche se utilizzate normalmente,

possono apparire inevitabili micrograffi (dovute all’utilizzo

quotidiano e alle operazioni di pulizia) che saranno più evi-

denti su tinte scure rispetto a quelle chiare.

La presenza di eventuali piccole differenze di tonalità sono

garanzia di una lavorazione artigianale e dell’impiego di

legni naturali.

Lacquers protect the surfaces of the furniture. The stains

and lacquers have been produced exclusively for us. They

are applied to the furniture in a spraying process and, in a

multi-step operation, are wiped by hand, buffed with the

finest steel wool, brushed, and then polished.

Distressed finishes are individually created on each piece

of furniture using lavish handcrafted techniques, providing

the impression that the piece already has a lengthy history

behind it.

On glossy finishes, tiny scratches may form with normal

use and care; this is typical for the item. They are easier to

recognize with darker colours than with lighter finishes.

Slight differences in colour are due to the handcrafted

workmanship of the finishes and the natural properties of

the woods.

Tischplatten

Tischplatten werden mit DD-Lack oder Acryl-Lack versehen

und sind somit vor Alkohol- und Wasserflecken weitgehend

geschützt. Hinsichtlich Abrieb und Kratzbeanspruchung

sind sie strapazierfähig.

Für die Tischplatten empfehlen wir ausschließlich die

Verwendung von Baumwolltischdecken oder Molton-

Untertischdecken, da die Lackoberflächen mit synthetischer

Tischwäsche unter ungünstigen Umständen chemisch

reagieren können. Der Kontakt mit Wärmequellen

wie Rechauds oder heißem Geschirr ist zu vermeiden.

Auszugstische die im ausgezogenem Zustand eine Länge

von 215 cm überschreiten, können sich leicht durchbiegen,

was dem Qualitätsstandard entspricht und akzeptabel ist.

Beschläge

Metallbeschläge wie Scharniere, Bodenträger, Griffe,

Schlüssel und Schilder sind aus Messing oder anderen

hochwertigen Legierungen. Je nach Anwendung, siehe

Beschreibung der einzelnen Kollektionen, kann die

Oberfläche der Beschläge in Chrom, Messing, satiniert

oder antikisiert sein. Schlösser sind wartungsfrei, da

sie mit einem Spezialfett behandelt werden. Schlüssel,

Knöpfe und Griffe haben veredelte Oberflächen, sie sind

korrosionsbeständig und bedürfen keiner besonderen

Pflege. Die Scharniere sind leichtgängig und einige können

bei Bedarf nachgestellt werden. Sollten trotzdem im Laufe

der Zeit Geräusche auftreten, so kann man sie mit Hilfe

von geringen Mengen säurefreier Schmiermittel wieder

beheben. Schubladen sind bis auf wenige Ausnahmen

gegen Herausfallen gesichert.

Piani dei tavoli

I piani dei tavoli vengono trattati con lacche a due

componenti o con lacche acriliche che li proteggono

da macchie d’alcol e acqua. Inoltre sono più resistenti

all’abrasione e ai graffi.

Per i piani dei tavoli suggeriamo l’utilizzo esclusivo di

tovaglie o sottotovaglie in puro cotone o mollettoni,

poiché le superfici verniciate in alcuni casi potrebbero

reagire chimicamente con le tovaglie in materiale sintetico.

Bisogna inoltre evitare il contatto con fonti di calore come

scaldavivande, pentole ecc. I tavoli che in estensione

superano i 215 cm presentano una leggera flessione del

piano, che rientra negli standard di qualità accettati.

Ferramenta

La ferramenta, cioè le cerniere, i supporti dei ripiani, le

maniglie, le chiavi ed i pomoli utilizzati per i nostri mobili

sono prevalentemente in ottone o in altre leghe preziose. A

secondo dell´utilizzo previsto dalla collezione, la ferramenta

può essere cromata, ottonata, satinata o antichizzata. Per

maggior informazioni consultare le singole descrizioni delle

collezioni.

Le serrature utilizzate non richiedono manutenzione

Table Tops

Table tops are provided with DD lacquer and acrylic lacquer

and are consequently protected from alcohol and water

stains. They are durable with regard to scratching and

abrasion.

For tabletops, we recommend the use of cotton tablecloths

or Molton table coverings, since under unfavorable

circumstances, the lacquer finish can react chemically with

synthetic coverings. Contact with sources of heat such as

fondue heaters or hot dishes should be avoided.

Tables with leaves which exceed a length of 215 cm (84 in.)

in their extended position may bend slightly, which meets

their quality standards and is acceptable.

Fittings

Metal fittings such as hinges, bottom supports, handles,

keys, and ornaments are made from brass or other high-

quality alloys. Depending upon use, the finish of fittings

may be in chrome or brass and may be frosted or antiqued

– please see the description of the individual collections.

Locks are maintenance free, since they have been treated

with a special grease. Keys, knobs, and handles have

coated finishes, are corrosion resistant, and do not require

any special care. The hinges are smooth-running, and

some of them may be adjusted as needed. Nevertheless,

if through the course of time noises begin to appear,

they can be remedied with the help of small amounts of

acid-free lubricants. With a few exceptions, drawers are

protected from falling out.

tarlature e il rovinio, segni tipici di alto artigianato che

The finishes that are especially striking are the distressed

finishes, which are produced using lavish, handcrafted

techniques. The tiny worm holes and signs of use are

individually applied to each piece of furniture, giving the

impression that this furniture already has a long history

behind it. The acrylic lacquer finishes are also included in

this category. They demonstrate a high degree of resistance

to ultraviolet rays and therefore, to a great degree, will not

turn yellow.

verarbeiten wir, je nach Ausführung, in Kirschbaum,

Tanganica, Buche, Pappelschichtholz (Furniersperrholz

Pappel), Ayousschichtholz (Ayous Furniersperrholz), usw.

Furnierte Flächen werden auf Trägermaterialien wie

For the veneered sections, such as fronts, side sections,

back walls, panels, and shelves, we use cherry veneer, tan-

ganika, beech, multi-ply poplar (laminated poplar), multi-

ply ayous (laminated ayous), and others, depending upon

the model.

Veneered surfaces are applied to base materials such as

particleboard and others.

Cornice profiles, body frames, bases, mouldings, and seat

frames are made from solid wood. Among the woods we

use for these are American tulipwood (from the tulip tree),

linden, beech, depending upon the model.

Wood is a Natural Product

Knots, minor fissures, nuances in colour, and irregular

grain structure are all typical characteristics of naturally

grown woods. Even before being worked, the woods are

adapted to the

Damit die Freude am Möbel auch noch viele Jahre

nach dem Kauf anhält, bedarf es einer gewissen Pflege.

Durch regelmäßiges Staubwischen bleibt die Schönheit

der lackierten Oberflächen erhalten. Auf diese Weise

setzen sich Einzelflecken auf den Möbeln mit aller

Wahrscheinlichkeit erst gar nicht fest. Zum Entfernen

stärkerer Verschmutzungen sollte eine geringe Menge

Möbel-Lotion verwendet werden. Wassertropfen oder

Alkohol müssen rasch abgewischt werden, sie könnten

die Oberflächen angreifen und Flecken verursachen.

Aggressive Pflegemittel sollten niemals verwendet werden,

da sie in der Regel Lösemittel oder chemische Substanzen

enthalten, welche die lackierten Oberflächen angreifen

oder sogar irreparabel zerstören können.

di norma contengono solventi o sostanze chimiche che

aggrediscono e danneggiano irreparabilmente le superfici.

Care and Maintenance

In order to be able to enjoy the furniture for many years

after purchase, a certain care is necessary. By dusting

regularly, the beauty of the lacquered finishes will be

preserved. In this way, individual spots on the furniture will

in all probability not stick persistently. To remove stubborn

soiling, a small amount of furniture polish should be used.

Drops of water or alcohol must be quickly wiped away as

they can attack the finishes and cause stains. Aggressive

cleaning agents should never be used since they generally

contain solvents or chemical substances which attack the

lacquered finishes or can even damage them irreparably.

Sie finden unter anderem auch Hinweise zur Verarbeitungsrichtung der Stoffe. Rapport-

stoffe sind Stoffe, die ein wiederkehrendes Muster enthalten; sie werden von uns nach den

anerkannten Regeln der Technik verarbeitet. Beachten Sie die Informationen:

Stoffe, die mit diesem Symbol gekennzeichnet sind, werden ausschließlich

horizontal, also von links nach rechts, verarbeitet.

Dieses Symbol kennzeichnet schwer entflammbare Stoffe.

Diese beiden Zeichen stehen für die Textilkennzeichnung von Grund- und

Nutzschicht bei Velours. Velours verfügen neben den beiden Grund-

fadensystemen, der Kette und dem Schuss, über ein drittes Fadensystem, das

den Pol bildet.

Stoffbreiten

Unsere Stoffe haben eine Breite von 135 bis 150 cm. Bitte beachten Sie auch die

entsprechenden Angaben auf der Rückseite der Stoffmuster.

Farbabweichungen

Geringe Farbtoleranzen innerhalb der Stoffdessins sind aus technischen Gründen innerhalb

des Stoff-Produktionsverfahrens unvermeidbar; daher kann bei Nachbestellungen keine

Gewähr für Farbgleichheit übernommen werden. Trotz aufwändiger Drucktechnik sind

Farbabweichungen zwischen den Stoffen und deren Abbildungen unvermeidbar, sie bieten

daher keinen Grund für Beanstandungen.

Velours

Bei Velours sollten Sie beachten, dass sich durch Einflüsse von Druck, Wärme und

Feuchtigkeit, wie sie beim Sitzen auf den Polstermöbeln entstehen, im Lauf der Zeit geringe

Florverlagerungen bilden können. Florverlagerungen äußern sich in mehr oder weniger

sichtbaren unterschiedlichen Schattierungen der Oberflächen. Diese Eigen schaften von

Velours werden im Fachjargon als Gebrauchslüster oder Sitzspiegel bezeichnet, sie sind

warentypisch und daher nicht zu vermeiden.

Pflege der Polstermöbel

Wie alle Materialien des täglichen Gebrauchs, bedürfen auch Möbel-Bezugstoffe einer

regelmäßigen Pflege, sie sind ständiger Staub- und Kontaktverschmutzung ausgesetzt. Für

die Unterhaltspflege und die Reinigung von Polstermöbeln von leichten Verschmutzungen,

die durch normalen Gebrauch entstanden sind, sollten Sie den Staub durch regelmäßiges

intensives Absaugen und eventuelles Klopfen und Bürsten so gut wie möglich entfernen.

Grundreinigungen und das Entfernen von Flecken und stärkeren Verschmutzungen

empfehlen wir einem kompetenten Fachbetrieb zu übertragen.

Sotto ogni campione di tessuto troverete indicate le principali caratteristiche che vi

preghiamo di leggere attentamente. Tutti i tessuti che presentano un disegno o una

fantasia particolare, sono lavorati secondo il rapporto del disegno, in regola con le

tradizionali lavorazioni dell'imbottito:

Tessuti contrassegnati da questo simbolo, vengono utilizzati esclusivamente

in senso orizzontale e cioè da destra a sinistra.

Questo simbolo contrassegna i tessuti ignifughi.

Sono contrassegnati con questo simbolo i tessuti a doppia composizione cioè

i velluti, i quali sono formati da una struttura di base (fibre: trama e ordito)

con l'intreccio di una terza fibra che determina il "pelo", cioè la parte pregiata

di velluto.

Altezza tessuti

I tessuti hanno un'altezza indicata sull'etichetta tra 135 e 150 cm.

Differenze di colore

Per ordini di completamento effettuati in un secondo tempo, per motivi che si riferiscono

al processo di produzione, sono inevitabili lievi variazioni di colore dei tessuti, pertanto non

possiamo garantirne la perfetta corrispondenza con la precedente fornitura.

Nel catalogo fotografico tessuti, nonostante una sofisticata tecnica di stampa, i colori

riprodotti sono da considerarsi solo di riferimento. Le eventuali differenze corrispondenti ai

due casi descritti non possono essere accettate come causa di reclamo.

Velluto

Se l'imbottito è rivestito in velluto va considerato che l'uso quotidiano, la pressione, il

calore, l'umidità a cui viene sottoposto può provocare nel tempo uno spostamento del

pelo. Si vengono così a formare delle sfumature, più o meno visibili, sulla superficie: queste

caratteristiche vengono chiamate dagli esperti "impronte di seduta", sono tipiche di questo

materiale e quindi inevitabili, e non possono costituire motivo di reclamo.

Manutenzione degli imbottiti

Come tutti i materiali d’uso quotidiano, anche i tessuti di rivestimento necessitano di una

periodica manutenzione poiché sono continuamente esposti alla polvere e allo sporco

da contatto. Per la cura e la pulizia degli imbottiti dallo sporco causato dal normale uso

quotidiano, va eliminata la polvere il più possibile passando regolarmente l’aspirapolvere o

con un battipanni o una spazzola.

Per la pulizia approfondita o l’eliminazione di macchie e di sporco intenso è sempre

consigliabile affidarsi a mani esperte.

On the bottom of the fabric sample, you will find information regarding the type of

processing of the fabric. Repeating pattern fabrics are fabrics that contain a pattern that

repeats at regular intervals. They are processed by us according to the recognized rules in

the sector.

Fabrics marked with this symbol are processed only horizontally, that is, from

left to right.

This symbol indicates fabrics that are highly flame resistant.

These two symbols indicate the textile symbols for the base layer and wear

layer with velours. In addition to the basic two thread system, the warp and

Fabric Widths

Differences in Colour

Velours

With velour, you should be aware that the influences of pressure, heat, and humidity,

such as occur when sitting on upholstered furniture, can lead over the course of time to

the formation of slight changes in the pile. These shifts in the pile result in more or less

visibly different shadings of the surface. This property of velour is known in the technical

jargon as "luster from use" or "shiny seat". These are typical of the article and therefore

cannot be avoided.

Care of Upholstered Furniture

Like all materials that experience everyday use, furniture slipcover fabrics require regular

care, since they are exposed to constant soiling from dust and contact. For the regular

care and cleaning of upholstered furniture with light soiling that has occurred through

normal use, you should remove the dust as well as possible through intense vacuuming and

possible brushing or beating lightly. For thorough cleaning and the removal of stains and

heavy soiling, we recommend entrusting the job to competent experts.
