Sophisticated separation products enable the isolation of many different T cell types and subpopulations. T cells as part of the adaptive immune system play a central role in cell-mediated

immunity. Their link to a variety of diseases and the diversity within T cell differentiation is

challenging researchers around the globe. Sophisticated separation products enable the

isolation of many different T cell types and subpopulations. Isolating T cells however is just

the starting point for complex experiments involving the stimulation of T cells and their

functional and phenotypic characterization.

In this seminar, you will gain insight into how T cells can be isolated, cultured, activated,

and analyzed. Learn why MACS® Technology makes a difference – not only while

separating, but also when activating T cells using new tools, such as the TransAct™

Reagents, for a gentle stimulation of T cells and why this matters for your downstream

analysis. Become an expert for detection and enrichment of antigen-specific T cells –

from tissue dissociation, cell isolation, cell expansion and polarization through to rare

cell flow cytometry analysis with optimized and harmonized T cell tools.
