‐Created department email address.◦ [email protected]◦ Allows for submission of applications in email format in addition to fax, mail, & hand delivery.

‐Created fillable pdf applications with digital signature.◦ Allows for submission of applications without parent/guardian having to print.

‐Working to acquire new random selection and digital communication software.◦ Firefly Digital Inc. ‐ Smart Choice Technologies (http://smartchoicetech.com/).

‐Increased marketing efforts.◦ Participation in local church & community events (Northland Church, MLK Parade, etc.).◦ Use of Synrevoice phone & email system to increase SCPS parent awareness of choice options.
