My name is Hala Mohamed Abd El Hameed . I have about 9 years of experience in the Internal Audit ,

Compliance , Credit audit & Complains Management field at Big four Audit Office & Communication Sectors

as follow:-

A) Internal Audit :

- Experienced in establishing internal audit functions, a key participant in leading an initiative to

reshape the entire internal audit function, including reengineering the audit process and auditor

competency framework.

- Develop and delivery of a 3-year Risk Based strategic audit plan and have it approved by the Board

Audit Committee .

- Led a team of (3) individuals.

- Provide independent, objective assessments of governance, risk management and internal control for

assigned projects in order to add value and improve the company’s operations.

- Setting , Maintaining and updating the Corporate governance framework in the same line with Capital

Markets Authority, Resolution No. 72 of 2015 regarding issuance of Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of

2010 concerning the Establishment of Capital Markets Authority and Regulation of Securities Business, as

amended – Volume XV: Corporate Governance “ consultant”.

- Ensuring that the company fully complies with the Capital Markets Authority, Resolution No. 72 of 2015

regarding issuance of Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 concerning the Establishment of Capital

Markets Authority and Regulation of Securities Business“ consultant”.

- Ensuring & overseeing the implementation of the internal policies relating to Anti Money Laundering (in

the same line with the Law 106/2013 on AML & CFT and its Executive directives and any other related

laws) within the company “consultant”.

- Ensuring & overseeing the company’s Article of association to be in the same line with the New Companies

Law Decree 1/2016.

1) Internal Audit :

Develop and delivery of a 3-year strategic audit plan for the whole group companies and have it approved

by the Board Audit Committee (BAC) using a risk-based approach.

Day-to-day management of the work of the corporate audit function, including resource allocation and

performance management.

Experienced in data analysis techniques through the use of the Audit Command Language (ACL) , Such

techniques included:

Searching for invalid, unusual or fraudulent transactions.

Identifying incomplete, duplicate or inaccurate data.

Creating exception reports for conditions that were not met.

Testing the accuracy of system computations and report.

Establish audit standards and practices through the maintenance, review and update of the policies and
