REMOTE SENSINGRemote sensing enables wireless temperature measurement plus the digitalization of the data. Applica-tion specifi c requirements as for example batteryless and therefore maintenance free measurement for temperature monitoring under sometimes extreme conditions must be met.
OUR SOLUTION
Based on the combination of a tem-perature sensor with ID, former pro-blems like the correct assignment of measurement values and points of measurement can be solved. Beyond that, the sensors are already cali-brated ex works what simplifi es and speeds up the installation process of the sensors.

Because of the robust design, the sensors can also monitor the object-related temperature on critical process steps within the production. The small and extremely solid trans-ponders are mounted directly on the component of the tools and gua-rantee a continuous data collection within the temperature measure-ment frame ranging from -40° to 400°C.

With this technology the focus is on the trans-mitting unit, which differentiates its-elf substantially from currently exis-ting systems in terms of shape and size. The use of passive transponders - meaning that no supplementary signal amplifi er is needed - enables the integration into tight spaces with temperature stability and continuous functionality of all components up to 275°C. This technological advantage in combination with the competen-ces and experiences of sensideon in the area of high temperature and high speed applications results in an expert system that fulfi lls even the most extreme requirements. RFIDThe automatisation of the supply chain management is based - amongst others - also on an accurate and reliable identifi cation of objects. Thereby, the hardware has to meet the requirements of a typical industrial environment.
