Semi-Submersible Drilling Unit Customer: Gazflot, Russia
Design: Moss Maritime A/S, Norway
Shipyard : Vyborg SY, Russia
The SSDU, designed by Moss Maritime is built at Vyborg Shipyard in Russia and later towed to South Korea, for merging with its upper superstructure, developed by Samsung Heavy Industries. The SSDU with estimated cost of 1,000,000,000 USD will be used in Sakhalin offshore projects.
Equipment on-board:BMS - Ballast Measurement System for 112 channels
Offshore Oil Rig "Prirazlomnaya" Customer: ZAO Sevmorneftegaz
Design: Halliburton / Kellogg, Brown & Root / DB "Rubin"/ USA/UK/Russia
Shipyard : Sevmash, Severodvinsk, Russia
Prirazlomnoye oil field was discovered in 1989. Located in Pechorskoye Sea, 60 km offshore near Varandey village. Sea depths around 19-20 m. In 2002 the production license has been transferred to ZAO Sevmorneftegaz. The first tons of industrial oil planned to be produced by Sevmorneftegaz from
Prirazlomnoe field will give a start to exploration of rich hydrocarbon resources in the area of Barents, Pechorskoe and Karskoe Seas. Prirazlomnoe field resources development is the first crude oil production project in the Arctic sea shelf of Russia. Due to specific nature and geographical conditions around Prirazlomnoe field
new unique technologies are implemented. For instance, for the first time in the world the series of new shuttle tankers of 80,000 ton dwt are being built and a unique cargo transfer system is developed to allow the year round oil exploitation and transportation in difficult ice and shallow waters navigation conditions.
Equipment on-board:86 - UPT Pressure Transmitters for pressure measurement in caisson double bottom (titanium and stainless steel housings)
20 - TGD-T Tank Temperature Measurement Devices for crude oil

"Molikpaq" Drilling PlatformCustomer: Sakhalin Energy
Design: Halliburton/Kellogg, Brown & Root/DB Rubin/USA/UK/Russia
Shipyard : Amur SY, Komsomolsk-Na-Amure, Russia
Molikpaq sea platform is the main component of Vityaz production complex. It is based on a converted drilling rig, previously used in the Arctic waters of Canada. In 1998 it was moved across the Pacific from Beaufort Sea, Canada to the South Korea, where it was converted for works on “Sakhalin -2” project. The platform was then moved to Amur SY in Russia, where it was equipped with steel basement structure to be used in deep waters of Sakhalin.
Molikpaq platform features: Located 16 km from the NE cost of Sakhalin Island / Platform width: 120 meters / Platform weight: 37523 tons.
