Drill Jig

Step 3 Disassemble pivot then place pivot base in

bottom track with the gear side facing outside.

Align the back edge of pivot base with the

jamb trim (A). Drill pilot holes using the base

as a template and then attach with screws

provided. Fit gear wheel (B) and top plate (C)

and attach with hex drive cap screws (D).

Step 4 Place pivots and trolleys in track in

correct order.

Step 5 Fit bottom pivot hinge on pivot door and

assemble door by placing on bottom pivot and

attaching top pivot hinge to pivot door via the

pre-drilled holes.

Step 6 Adjust pivot door to plumb by loosening screws

and sliding horizontally, then re-tighten screw

(See next column).

Step 7 Fit the hinges to the pivot door if required,

using the pre-drilled holes.

Step 8 Fit the next panel to the hinges previously

fitted using the pre-drilled holes.

Step 9 Fit the top trolley set (Intermediate or End)

and bottom guide (Intermediate or End)

using the pre-drilled holes.

Step 10 Repeat process until all doors are fitted.

(See below).

NOTE: If required, adjust height by pulling down

red locking collar and adjusting the shaft with

the T Handle Hex spanner. When done, remove

locking collar.

degree thumbturn located above the handle

n Active hardware is available in 3 point or 5 point tongue, hook or

shootbolt versions to meet your desired performance requirements

n 16 mm or 20 mm faceplates to fit standard eurogrooves

n Truth’s unique “Duo-Glide” lock mechanism with two-way action

that balances the lock system for a smoother, quieter, and easier

operation. “Duo-Glide” allows the lock points to engage in tension

rather than compression, thereby reducing stress on other elements

of the lock system for longer life

n When deadbolt is activated, center latch cannot be depressed, thus
