SEP BESPOKE: HOW DOES IT WORK?

How does it work? You visualize the work of art you want us to create, pick the pattern and colour of your choice. We provide you with a quote and a timeline. You approve it. You send us your fabric or clothes. We send them back, looking UNIQUE. Do I have to provide the fabric? Of course we can source the fabric according to your specifications: it is your choice. Can I provide my own pattern? We encourage our clients to choose from the patterns in this catalogue, but we will consider different ones on an ad-hoc basis. Where and how do I send the fabric? Please email us on info@sepjordan.com, we will provide you with a safe address to which you can Courier or Post the items. How long does it take to get the items back? We strive to decorate your items in a timely manner: it can take from 4 days to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work. Shipping time will depend on the option you select (Amman, International, sea or air). How much will the Bespoke Service cost me? Your project can cost as little as a few USD and as much as hundreds, depending on the complexity. We will provide you with a detailed quote as soon as you send us a filled in QUOTE REQUEST. What are payment terms? We require a 80% upfront payment, 20% on delivery. You can make a Bank Transfer, a Western Union Transfer or a cash Payment.
