Drug Awareness SeminarSaskatoon City Police Inspector Pat Nogier will provide players

and parents with a 45-minute drug awareness seminar.

Highly respected in the police force, a hockey dad and great community citizen, Nogier will open minds on an important topic.

Mental HealthWith the help of the Canadian Mental Health Association, each team

and interested parents will receive a valuable presentation.

Referee primerBrad Howard — referee in-chief — will provide a

15-minute video primer of penalty/rule interpretations for the upcoming season.

ScholarshipsProceeds from 50-50 sales will fund three

$500 scholarships.

Located in Canada’s fastest growing municipality,

the Warman Legends Centre is a multipurpose facility anchored by the 1,178-seat hockey

arena. Standing room accommodates 500 additional spectators. Since opening in December 2011, the venue has hosted numerous high- profile sporting events including WHL and SJHL games, speed skating, ringette

and Skate Canada events.

The 100,000-square foot facility also features two gymnasiums, multipurpose courts, fitness

facilities and meeting rooms.
