and Concerns, the Proposed Construction of Balay Silangan. In attendance were Lamitan

expressed the willingness of the current administration to assist and aid the PDEA Basilan

Provincial Office in its effort to eradicate illegal drugs in the city of Isabela. Two (2) pairs of

Four Queens Resort, Tuburan District, Pagadian City. During the said audit, discussed were

about the Phases of Implementation and Responsibilities of Different Stakeholders and the Anti-

Drug Abuse Councils (ADAC) Performance Audit. Said activity was participated by

Representatives from PNP, DILG, Interfaith Forum and JCI Zamboanga del Sur Chapter.

September 27, 2019, at about 1300H, personnel of PDEA Zamboanga City Office led by Special Investigator II Jill Rouvenn P Genotivo, Chief of Airport Interdiction Unit, proceeded to Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) office-Zamboanga International Airport, Zamboanga City, and attended a meeting together with other unit from ZCPO PS 11, Police Mobile Force Command- Zamboanga City, PNP Aviation Security Group, Task Force Zamboanga, personnel from City Tourism Office Zamboanga City, Office of Transportation Security (OTS) and General Aviation and Aerial Works. Discussed during the council meeting were security measures and preparation of Zamboanga International Airport during the Celebration of the upcoming Zamboanga Hermosa Festival.

September 16, 2019, PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay represented by Provincial Officer Agent Dorothy Joy E Villoso had a meeting with Mario A. Baterna, the new OIC - Provincial Director of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) - Zamboanga Sibugay Province. Discussed during the meeting were the problems encountered in the implementation of the Drug Clearing Program within the province and the strategies to be undertaken to expedite the declaration of the barangay as drug-cleared without compromising the quality of the documents submitted. The said activity ended at 0830H.

September 18, 2019, PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay represented by Provincial Officer Agent Dorothy Joy E Villoso together with Mario A. Baterna, the new OIC - Provincial Director of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) - Zamboanga Sibugay Province, representatives from the PNP and other Civil Service Organizations (CSOs) gathered at the DILG Provincial Office, Exit Road, Capitol Heights, Ipil, ZSP for the conduct of Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Council Performance Audit. The team were able to finish auditing eight (8) municipalities. The said activity ended at 1500H.

September 18, 2019, PDEA Zamboanga Sibugay represented by Provincial Officer Agent Dorothy Joy E Villoso had a meeting at the G3 Building, Poblacion, Ipil, ZSP with the Provincial Advisory Council (PAC) Chairman Mr. Roseller S. Briones and representatives from the Provincial Health Organization, Department of Education and the Philippine National Police. Discussed during the meeting were the corroboration and validation of the module to be used for the upcoming Training of Trainees for the Integrated Drugs, HIV and Dengue Awareness Campaign in Zamboanga Sibugay, the date, venue, programme, committees, possible spiffs to be used during the campaign and other necessary preparations for the said activity.
