First AidFirst Aid and CPR training will give you the skills and confidence to act quickly and save a life in the event of an emergency. The Oval’s First Aid and CPR courses are taught by LifeLink instructors who are certified through the Life-saving Society or Red Cross. Courses offered include:

Fitness LeadershipThe Richmond Oval offers fitness leadership courses designed for individuals interested in becoming fitness professionals. As leaders in the fitness industry, our courses are taught by qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced instruc-tors.The next Fitness Theory Prep course starts September 20th, 2014.
TRX® TrainingThese total body workouts will build greater cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and whole body strength. The TRX® Suspension Trainer uses grav-ity to help you get the most out of your workout. Test your limits!

Strong, Fit & FeminineStrong, Fit & Feminine is a women’s strength training program intended for active women who aspire to be stronger. Delivered in a small group format, SFF provides the opportunity to progress at your own pace while enjoying the com-radery of a group setting.
