Warm Up: Lucy just started working at an oldfashioned diner where they still calculate the tip by hand. A table's bill came out to be $32.50. She had to calculate a 6.5% tax. Her work is below. She found the total cost with tax to be $53.63. Her customers complained that it was too much when she gave them the bill. Were they right to complain? Explain.
Extension: Calculate a tip for Lucy as if you were the customer.
