• The product should be installed in line with installation rules and preferably by qualified electricians. Do not open up, dismantle

or modify the product except where specifically required to do so by the instructions.Any attempt made to rectify, dismantle or

alter the product may lead electrical shock or may destroy the product for which company is not responsible.

• The print process does not allow for exact reproduction of the material, color, print and finishes of the products. Actual products

may vary from the product shown in this catalogue.

• KOLORS, KWIKGUARD are registered trademark of Cosmo Electro Industries Pvt. Ltd.

• All Kolors products must be opened and repaired exclusively by personnel trained and approved by Kolors. Any unauthorized

opening or repair completely cancel all liabilities and warranty.

• KWIKGUARD mcb’s carry a warranty, against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of manufacturing.

• The warranty is however subject to proper usage and maintenance and does not cover defects arising out of improper

installation, in efficient maintenance, faulty operation and willful or accidental damage including nonperformance, which is

caused by an event constituting Force Majeure i.e. including (but not limited to) pandemic, fire, floods, administrative orders etc.

• The Company undertakes to replace or repair products at its discretion should it become defective solely as a result of faulty

materials or workmanship within 2 years .The warranty will be invalid if the product has not been installed or maintained in

accordance with the Company’s instruction, or in any attempts has been made to rectify, dismantle or alter the product.

Company is also not responsible for any consequential loss or damage or installation costs arising out of the same.

• The Warranty does not extend to cover consequential loss, including personal injury or damage or installation costs arising out

of, or in connection with, defects in the products including claim by third party.

• Limitation of liability: Company shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages what so ever

including but not limited to loss of profit, revenue or data whether direct or indirect or commercial loss for breach of any express

or implied warranty on your product even if company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• The Company reserves the right to modify or change the product design and specification in the future without prior intimation.

Similarly, colors and finishes are also liable to change without any prior intimation.

• Proof of purchase to be retained to avail warranty.

• Burnt MCB’s would not be covered under warranty.

• MRP is in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST as applicable.

• This cancels all our previous Price List.
