REMEMBER• Your Photo ID.• Signed Waivers for each

participant in your family (second page of this document).

• Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled race time.

• Refreshments, beverages and fresh produce available at our farm stand.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

A person who observes or participates in an agricultural tourism activity on this property assumes the risk

inherent in the agricultural tourism activity. Risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity may include

conditions on the land, unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with

equipment used in farming operations, and the potential that a participant in the agricultural tourism

activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death. The agricultural tourism provider

is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in an agricultural tourism activity resulting from

those inherent risks.

As such, I certify that I have no physical, medical, nor mental condition which would interfere with my

participation in any Robin Hills Farm activity. I fully understand that I, or the person I am responsible for, may be subjected to harsh environmental

conditions, including but not limited to, extreme temperatures, unpredictable weather conditions, hiking

trails, unimproved trails, uneven terrain, rocks, cliffs, roots, trees, stream crossings, wild animals, limited

access to immediate medical assistance, as well as any other conditions that man or mother nature may

provide. I understand that there is a risk of sustaining serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or even death that

might result not only from my own action, inaction, or negligence, but the actions, inactions, or negligence

of others, the rules of the race, or the conditions of the premises. Further, I acknowledge there may be

other risks not known nor reasonably foreseeable at this time. I assume all the foregoing risks and accept

personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability, or death. Knowing these facts and in consideration of them, I or the person I am responsible for, and my/his/her

assigns hereby waive, covenant not to sue, indemnify RELEASE AND DISCHARGE Robin Hills Farm,

LLC., its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and property owners and their officers, directors,

employees, agents, other participants, and any other persons or organizations involved in this activity

from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or in

any way related to my participation in this event or the participation of the person I am responsible for. I certify that I, or the person that I am responsible for, is of sound body and mind and truly capable of

participating in this activity. I agree to comply with the rules concerning this activity and agree to go only in

those areas authorized by the activity organizers. I understand that, in addition to the above, I, or the person I am responsible for, will be responsible for any

cost of emergency service that is required during this activity. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other

record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, roller skates or

inline skates, and animals are not allowed in the activity and I will abide by this policy. I am aware that the

Robin Hills Farm strongly discourages the use of personal audio devices (iPods and MP3 headsets).
