1. The circumstances tell you: You are OUT!

As Jesus went, the people pressed around him. And there was a woman who had had a discharge of blood for twelve years, and though she had spent all her living on physicians, she could not be healed by anyone.

When a woman has her regular flow of blood, the impurity of her monthly period will last seven days, and anyone who touches her will be unclean till evening. When a woman has a discharge of blood for many days at a time other than her monthly period or has a discharge that continues beyond her period, ...

… she will be unclean as long as she has the discharge, just as in the days of her period.

2. What you need is a COMING OUT!

She had heard the reports about Jesus and came up behind him in the crowd and touched his garment. For she said, “If I touch even his garments, I will be made well.”
