FeaturesThe Unicla 330 Series is an ideal choice for designers of air-conditioning systems in many large commercial vehicle applications where the system capacity is between 10 and 14 kW. For systems with 2 or even 3 evaporators, the Unicla 330 can be used as a single unit or mounted in a twin or triple configuration.
The 330 has porting for horizontal or vertical hose connection as a standard feature, and heavy duty shipping caps are installed on the outlets not in use. The compressors feature the famous Unicla 10 cylinder swashplate design and can be operated in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. The compressors are fitted with service valves and top and bottom oil plugs.
MountingThe 330 has a direct (bolt through) mounting configuration with the side points 104mm apart, and top and bottom points 75mm apart. The layout and design of these multiple mounting points make the 330 adaptable to a wide variety of petrol and large size diesel engines.
ClutchesA diverse range of clutches are available in AA, B section and Polygroove, and12 or 24 volt. The featured compressor here is the UX330-8735 with BB groove, 24 volt clutch without hose fittings attached.
Hose PortsA choice of O-ring ports are available in vertical or horizontal configuration.
Service ValvesLow and high side service valves are fitted as standard and can be easily removed if not required. The low side valve can be placed in two positions on the compressor.
Oil Return PortA Unicla Oil Return Port is available for the UX330 as standard and easily unscrews from the top oil filler plug. It can also be interchanged with the low side service port. It is a standard male flare fitting and is suited to the Unicla Oil Separator part no.OS000010.
