the first step toward becoming fully certified.• Within five years of passing the exam, students must

acquire two years of exempt-level HR experience.• Individuals will then be designated a certified

HR Games

• HR Games are a fun way to motivate and prepare students for the HRCI exam.

• One-day series of Jeopardy-style matches, between teams of up to three undergraduate students from various universities.
