service design techniques presentation at cetis10 conference
DESCRIPTION
this is the presentation I gave at the Service Design for Higher Education session at CETIS10 Conference.I introduced a basic design process (very simplified version to get everyone's head around it quickly) and some techniques used in Service Design such as persona, user journey mapping, and service blueprint. The presentation is followed by a workshop exercise I designed for Higher Education stakeholders, using three student persona as the starting point for them to map out student experience and to understand how they as institution can support it.TRANSCRIPT
