ENGINE EVALUATION:

In addition to the items listed in our annual planned maintenance

inspection, complimentary services will include the following on

diesel and gaseous fueled engines:

1. Record the date of the last service.

2. Check gas pressures.

3. Check all fluids.

4. Check the belt tension.

5. Adjust and grease the PTO.

6. Check turbo for wear and leaks.

7. Check water pump for wear and leaks.

8. Battery test to check charging and amp draw.

9. Check oil pressure and gauge for accuracy.

10. Check and measure exhaust temperature.

11. Check and measure turbo boost pressure.

12. Start unit and check for abnormal noises.

13. Run unit under load for 15-20 minutes to record data.

14. Note if the unit has any smoke and comment on amount and color.

15. Make final adjustments on the stop solenoid, aneroid, waste gate actuator, etc.

(PM) programs for each type of agricultural concern. Understanding

freeze protection and ensuring that your equipment is operating as

designed is critical. The middle of the night is not the time to find

out your system has problems. Tradewinds Power Corp offers PM

programs tailored to your needs.

ANNUAL - PLANNED MAINTENANCE:

Tradewinds Power Corp inspects all equipment through our 82

point inspection procedure. We also:

• Change oil, oil filter, and fuel filter

• Test and treat coolant, as required

• Dispose of waste oil and filters at an EPA approved recycling facility

• Replace air filter, if needed (additional fee)

We will make repairs as needed once approved by the customer.

NOTE: Additional inspections do not include filter and fluid

changes. Repairs are not included in the price of the maintenance

programs. Repairs will be billed at our prevailing rates for parts and

labor.
