DESCRIPTION

Honor our nation’s service members from all branches of the military transitioning to civilian life. How can we improve that transition? Show your committed support and compassion by sharing information, ideas, service models, and cutting edge translational research. Local, state, and federal partners will use this conference to explore education, translational research, and employment dynamics to remove physical, mental, emotional, financial, employment and educational barriers.
