All Quotations on ToolingReclamation can only bepriced on receipt of the
damaged Toolholders/Millingbody.
These must be suppliedcomplete with all the
relevant spares to ensurecompetitive pricing and
prompt repair.
We will make as new,
supplying the spares,
screws, shims etc.,
wherever required at an
additional cost.
Your local distributor offer a Tooling ReclamationService on all makes of standard indexable insertproduction, cutting tools and qualified/specialtools.
The unique machining methods are fully compatiblewith original tool manufacturing and guarantee thesame pocket precision and repeatability.
The latest production practices expect the highestlevels of accuracy and productivity to be combined inspecific tooling. All are required to perform tasks atthe limits of their original design capacities.
They are cutting tools from which today’s Engineers demand superlative performance and therefore, when damage occurs, superior methods of reclamation are required if the benefits of quality, accuracy and reliability are to be restored.
Specials: No matter how complex we can reclaim in almost every instance. All that is required is a drawing and insert for each pocket type, including all relevant spares.

Our purpose-built MetrologyLaboratory and RepairWorkshop provides a repairand calibration service for awide and growing range ofprecision measuring andtorque equipment.
The calibration Laboratory which occupies an area of 106 square metres isenvironmentally controlled to 20°C ± 0.5°Cand is built on an isolated vibration free floorto provide the necessary conditions foraccurate calibration of most types ofdimensional measuring equipment. The Laboratory is UKAS accredited and conforms to the requirements ofInternational Standard BS EN ISO/IEC17025 (General requirements for thecompetence of testing and calibrationlaboratories). We can offer fast turnaround on calibrationtogether with the back up of a repairworkshop, with extensive stocks of spareparts and replacement equipment.
PROCEDURESCalibration procedures used are documentedand UKAS approved. All equipment submitted for calibration iscleaned, inspected and prepared prior tocalibration. Minor burrs, which may bedetrimental to calibration, are removed. If anitem is found unsuitable for calibration at thisstage, a quotation for repair/service orreplacement may be issued. Otherwise theitem will be returned as receiveduncalibrated.Generally, unless otherwise requested, measured results will be reported on thecertificate together with any respectivetolerances from the current issue of therelevant British or International Standard, ormanufacturer's specification. Where nospecification is available, the measuredresults only will be reported. The calibration of surface tables and largeelectronic digital height gauges, can onrequest be carried out ‘on site' at thecustomer's premises. A quotation for thiswork can be obtained via your local branch.
CERTIFICATIONUKAS accredited certificates will be issuedfor items submitted for calibration which areincluded in the scope of our UKASaccreditation schedule. The current issue of our UKAS scope may beviewed by visiting the web site;www.ukas.org (Laboratory no. 0244) or bycontacting the Laboratory direct.‘In House' certificates can be issued oncertain specific items which do not fall withinour UKAS scope. The calibration work iscarried out to the stringent requirements ofour quality system and certificates aretraceable to national standards via traceableequipment certification. Where relevant, theclient will be informed of this option beforeany work is carried out. Note: This work isnot accredited or assessed by any outsideorganisation (e.g. UKAS).All calibration prices are inclusive ofcertificates.

INGRESS PROTECTION (IP) RATINGSSe
rvice &

Ingress Protection (IP) RatingsIngress Protection (IP) ratings are developed by the European Committee for Electro TechnicalStandardization (CENELEC) (described IEC/EN 60529), specify the environmental protection anenclosure provides. In order to comply with stringent requirements for CE Marking, machinemakers today are fitting their machines with parts that are certified according to EU (EuropeanUnion) and international standards.
The IP rating normally has two (or three) numbers:
IP First Number - Protection from solid objects or materialsIP Second Number - Protection from liquidsIP Third Number - Protection against mechanical impacts
(commonly omitted)
Example - IP Rating
5 describes the level of protection from solid objects and 4 describes the level of protection from liquids.

[ the concept ]VENDA 365 is a total inventory and cost control system, which allows a wide variety of users to dispense and trackproducts, tools, components, etc across the organisation withcomplete accuracy and total confidence. This technically uniqueand highly versatile system is being continuously developed andadapted for manufacturing industries and other specificapplications. It is acknowledged as one of the most important costsaving developments in supply chain management to be offered toindustry.
Its flexibility is one of its key features. It utilises Windows basedsoftware and it has hardware that can be configured to meet theexact needs of the user. VENDA 365 can be used to control a widerange of products, such as tooling, gauges, machine spares, PPEitems, valuable components and documents, basically any itemthat is required instantly from a secure location. It is modular andtherefore available with any drawer configuration, in single frameunits or in multiples of up to 10 frames. Over 2600 systems are nowsuccessfully operational in the United States, Europe, South Africa,China, Japan, Australia and the Middle East.
The patented features coupled with the well proven integratedATMS management software make the vending system unique in its
class. The robust design, system reliability, paperless reordering facilities, management reports and productusage monitoring features are some of the reasons why 84% of customers added extra vending capacitywithin 12 months of operating an initial unit.
The vending machine consists of a storage unit, drawers, cupboards and lockers, a PC (Windows) thatallows storage locations to open electronically.
Product movements are continuously recorded by the in-built PC.
The operator is able to use an optional swipe-card facility to gain access to the system's controlmechanism, and can use a light pen to select the required product and open the specific storage location.
