5299721 & 5299726 – Fuel Pump Test Kit

This kit is used to measure high pressure fuel pump pressure & volume output. – 5299721 used on 15L HPCR engines.– 5299726 used on X12L & 9L HPCR engines.

These tools were released to support upcoming changes in fuel system diagnostic procedure 005-236 and FC559 TS tree. New training material & requirements will soon be released.

5299465 – J1939 Component Isolation Kit

Components: 5299467, 5299468, 5299469, 5299470, 5299471.

This kit is used to provide power, ground J1939 high and low signals to components independently of OEM wiring to assist in troubleshooting. Kit will work on all J1939 components on all families of North American 2013 automotive products as well as the DCU on all families of North American 2010 automotive products.Will release new adapters in the future for other products.Due to become available in July 2015.

5299689 – Guide Pin

M10x1.5, 65mm long, 11mm of threads. Used to install exhaust manifolds on QSK95 series engines.Due to become available in July 2015.

5299739 – Filter Wrench

This filter wrench uses a metal band and a 1/2" drive to remove & install fluid filters up to 6" in diameter that require significant leverage to achieve proper torque.Used on QSK95 series diesel engines to remove the fuel filters.Due to become available in July 2015.

5298745 – J1939 Tool Port Dust Cap

This cap is used as a replacement for lost or damaged parts originally included on the engine harness for the J1939 tool port. Includes a provision for a lanyard.Connector database has been updated.Due to become available in July 2015.

This tool converts the delicate female sockets inside the engine harness ECM connector into more robust pins. Also includes a pin location identification plate. Used on CM3230 ECMsDue to become available in July 2015.

This kit is used to tension the main bearing cap & cylinder head mounting studs using hydraulic force to achieve proper clamp load on QSK95 series engines.Obsoletes & supersedes kit 2892445. 5299836 – Turbocharger Coolant Passage Leak Test Kit

Used to perform a diagnostic leakdown test on the wastegated turbocharger coolant passages. Used on ISX12 G CM2180 EJ & ISL9 CM2180 engines.Due to become available in August 2015.
