Membership Application — Teacher or Teacher-in-Training Thank you for your interest in wanting to become a member of the Y.E.S. We are looking forward to welcoming

you into our community. The general public relies on Y.E.S. to provide access to qualified yoga teachers, studios and teacher training programs. In order to maintain a high quality of integrity of our organization, we would like to ask you some questions. Please take the time to read and answer the questions below as completely as possible.

Please send us proof of completion and a check for $25.00. Upon receipt you are eligible. In the meantime, you will receive all the benefits of Y.E.S.
