Google Forms

• Google Forms is part of Google’s collaborative productivity application or system, Google Drive.

• Google Drive includes cloud-based productivity applications for text processing, spreadsheet, presentations, drawing, image editing, file storage, and photo storage, among others.

• Useful for basic data collection needs, such as survey or login-free input form from multiple users

Creating a Google Form

• Log in to Google Drive using your Google account at https://drive.google.com

• Once you are logged in, click the red “New” button on the upper left side of the browser, select “More,” then select “Google Forms.”

Pivot Table

• Pivot Table is a spreadsheet tool used to summarize large amounts of data in a table by using the column headers as basis for arranging the data.

• It is available in Microsoft Excel (called PivotTable), LibreOffice Sheets, and Google Sheets, among others.
