Breastfeeding

The first yellowish milk is important.• Digestion, health and intelligence. Advantages of breastfeeding. What are the advantages of breast milk?

(brainstorming). Weaning Discuss on common foodstuffs in the locality. 6 months :light pap with soyabeans or groundnuts

without suggar ( 2 cube at most). 7-8 months soft meals.

Maize+soyabeans (3 tablespoons of raw pap + 1 tablespoon of soyabeans).

Maize+dry fish(3 spoons of pap + I tea spoon of smoked ground fish).

Maize+ milk/( three spoons of pap + one spoon of unsweetened milk).

Maize +Egg, Maize + Groundnuts, maize + palm oil. Maize,soyabean, groundnuts and smoked fish. 4 cubs of maize, 2 cups of sojabeans, half cup of

groundnut and smooked fish.
