PORTABLE AIR COMPRESSOR SET OPERATING INSTRUCTION( WITH AIR DRYER )

1 There is not any oil put into the compressor that is staying on the portable air

compressor system. Before starting to work, take out the M12 plug that is available

upside and pull the oil stick. On this point, put the 20 ml 20w/50 motor oil. Clean theoil stick with a clean cloth and connect it to its own place. After that pull the oil stick

again and see the oil stage is between min. & max. Than fix the oil stick, also

assembly the M12 plug to its place.

2 Compressor oil ( 20 ml 20w/50 ) should be completely changed periodically for

every 6 months. In every 15 days oil stages should be checked and also the

compressor oil should be changed if any dirts are seen in the oil during the controls.

Compressor oil is emptied by taking out the plug that is under the compressor. After

the oil is completely strained, the plug is fitted tightly by the help of renewed washer

and on this point 20 ml 20w/50 oil is filled by taking out the oil stick. Also at this time

washer must be renewed.

3 Connect the hydraulic hoses ( with suitable fittings and copper washer ) to the

inlet & outlets of the torque motor which drives the compressor. Hydraulic pump

should be able to produce 16 20 cc/rev. flow.

4 At the vacuuming side of the compressor in the system, there is an air filter

and dryer which is fitted to 6,5 lt capacity tank. Dryer filter should be renewed for

every 6 months with its original. Filters, whose filtering degree is unknown, make

the compressor seals damage unless the original filters are not used.Compressor air filter should be checked in every day and when it gets yellow it

must be renewed. Especially for units that work in dusty places, the air filters

condition should be checked before starting to work. When it is noticed that the

working of the compressor is forced, surely the air filter must be changed with its

original and the system is never started to work withour air filter. Unless the

damages that may be occured because of dirt, it will be evaluated as a workingfault.

5 Compressor system should be worked parallel to the floor where it is

assemblied.

6 Portable air compressor has the tank filled with air till 10 bar pressure. Overthan this value, the air is emptied from unloader valve because of security and

that means the system was protected.

7 In the system; under the air tank there is an unloader valve. The water

should be emptied by pulling this unloader valve approx. twice a week.

8 The dust must be taken out from the cleaning unloader valve ( with o-ring ) time

to time. The plug must be connected again if it becomes out of its place.

This condition supplies that the compressor system produces low noice under 75

80 db.

9 If the working time of filling air into the wheel exceeds 25 minutes, the system

must be cooled minimum 15 minutes.

10 No change can be applied on the available portable compressor system. Ports

places can not be changed. Especially, as the system design was tested and

checked, the system should not be worked by taking out the hose, filter and etc

11 Before first use, the plastic plug on the manometer should be cut.

12 If you notice the compressor stops, stop the system that drives the hydraulic

motor.

13 Maximum temperature of the compressor is 200 C. Because of the seals will

be damaged if the temperature is over than 200 C, obey the working times certainly

that is given in the 9th item. If the system is under high pressure, never pour out aliquid for cooling. Leave it natural cooling and call to the service.

14 This system is under guarantee for 2 years except the faults of maintenance

and working. For guarantee goes on, in 2 years no parts had not to be taken out from

the system and repaired.

15 Maximum revoluation of the compressor is 1000 rev./min.

3.Kompresr tahrik eden hidrolik torkmotorun giri ve klarna uygun rekorluve bakr pullu hidrolik hortumlar balaynz.Hidrolik ya balantsn yaptnznitedeki hidrolik pompa 16-20 cm3 debi retebilmelidir.

5. Monte edildii yerde Kompresr sistemi yere paralel olacak ekildealtrlmaldr.
