TALENT Colette and Hollie have been working online with designs for the make-up

Dramatic black, gold, and red styles will be used

Colette is working a half-day and is aiming to be with us for this time.

When she arrive she needs to be freshened up by Hollie at 13:00 ready for the Exhibition Hall scenes

At 14:00 Colette needs to be with Hollie to develop the full make-up

2 Dan Alland (Drums - RedTails)

TALENT

Dan will be driving his car to the set with all of the band equipment (eg Drums, Keys, Guitar etc)

Technician will be on set early to assist him and Rick move it in to the Studio space as Scott, Josh, and Jordan film Amie in the Exhibition Hall

3 Rick Harringt

n/a 11: Rick will be arriving with Dan between 11:00 and 12:30 and

Hollie and Scott have purchased the products to create the style for Amie – Hollie will be bringing the make-up on the day

Amie will be arriving at 9:30/ meeting Scott, Josh, Hollie, and Jordan in town to walk up to Proteus Creation Space together.

4 Josh Wake

Josh will be bringing heavy camera equipment so I will be meeting him I town at 09:30 by the McDonalds with Jordan to assist in the short walk to Proteus Creation Space

Chelsea will bring her own equipment (I will have back-up for her on set if needed)

There will not be a need for ‘stand-in’s

Studio Space:The room will be blacked out by the curtains and shrouded in relative darkness so we can light the room artificially

Exhibition space:The hall is booked between 10:00 and 14:00 (there is an Exhibition at 14:00) so the natural light through the main window will not be an issue in terms of continuity

● Scott to brief Technician

● Scott and Camera Operators to set up/ run through directions/ blocking in Exhibition Hall
