Using FANUC Flash Card Kit
Input output device must be set to 4.
· Select MDI mode· Press the OFFSETS/SETTING screen button· Press the (SETTING) soft key· Cursor down to I/O Channel· Type in 4 and press input to change
Transfer Program From Machine to Card
· Select EDIT mode· Press the PROG screen button· Press the RH soft key >· Press the CARD soft key· Press the (OPRT) soft key· Press the (PUNCH) soft key· Type in a file name you wish save the program as (8 CHR$ max)· Press the (F NAME) soft key · Type in program number you wish to output from the control (No 'O' e.g. 1234)· Press the (O SET) soft key· Press the (EXEC) soft key to output the program.
Transfer Program From Card to Machine
· Select EDIT mode· Press the PROG screen button· Press the RH soft key >· Press the CARD soft key· Press the (OPRT) soft key· Press the (F READ) soft key· Type in file number of the program you wish to send (this is the 4 digit number on the left of the
programs on the card)· Press the (F SET) soft key· Press the (EXEC) soft key to input the program.
