Setting up Your Home Screen When you first log in to Radius, you will need to do a one-time initial set-up. 1. You should automatically be in the ‘Home’ menu. If your screen does not look like the below screenshot, please click on the tab Home and select Home from the drop-down menu. 2. You will initially be prompted with a warning, click okay. By default, you will have four widgets: My Contacts, My Organizations, My Cases, and My Open Tasks. You will want to delete all four of these widgets by clicking on the X and saying ‘Yes’ when prompted if you want to delete the widget. 3. Once you have deleted the four widgets, click Add Widget. 4. The ‘Add Widget to Workspace’ window will open. Complete the fields as follows: a. From ‘Module’ select ‘Contacts’ b. From ‘Custom View’ select ‘All Applications’ – <Your Department Name> c. Click ‘OK’ 5. The widget (also known as a ‘view’) will now appear in the tab ‘Workspace 1’, which you can re-name by clicking the ‘Workspace Actions’ button at the top right, and selecting Edit from the drop-down. Enter your new name, and click ‘Save’. 6. To expand the widget to span the width of the screen, click the right-pointed arrow. 7. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add the following three widgets: a. Admitted/Rejected – <Your Department Name> b. Dept Review – <Your Department Name> c. Setting up Your Home Screen

When you first log in to Radius, you will need to do a one-time initial set-up.

1. You should automatically be in the ‘Home’ menu. If your screen does not look like the below screenshot, please click on the tab Home and select Home from the drop-down menu.

2. You will initially be prompted with a warning, click okay. By default, you will have four widgets: My Contacts, My Organizations, My Cases, and My Open Tasks. You will want to delete all four of these widgets by clicking on the X and saying ‘Yes’ when prompted if you want to delete the widget.

3. Once you have deleted the four widgets, click Add Widget.

Setting up Your Home Screen

The above steps will only have to be repeated if you accidently delete a widget from your home screen. Widgets can easily be moved by clicking on the header and dragging them into a new position.
