• 22 month programme starting on March 1st 2011
• Best Practice for local delivery of Community Carbon Saving schemes (energy, transport, food & water)
• Trial and research – different approaches to community engagement, behaviour change and scheme delivery
• Mapping, data collection on areas of activity/inactivity
• Creation of Pan-Wales Steering Group linking active groups and communities across sectors e.g. Community Action for Climate Change Networks
