This Service Contract includes the following:

- Entire Sewage Treatment will be inspected on four separate occasions for the duration

of the Service Contract.

- Following each inspection, a written report will be provided confirming the status of

all electrical working parts, filter media and percolation area.

- This Service contract includes the implementation of the site visit and minor

adjustments, which do not involve additional materials and labour.

- The Service Contract covers the inspection of all installed equipment.

- Replacement of any installed units, including electrical, pipe connections etc after the

initial 12 months of this contract will not be covered.

- The Service Contract includes e-mail and telephone correspondence throughout the

terms of the contract, should issues arise.

Klargester treatment RBC is working & rotating. slight odour due to new vents.

Stp first discharge pump OK.

Stp second discharge pump – float switch and pump working with no defects

Bord na mona peat modules – all pipework clear with no blockages and very little

sign of ponding in modules. No smell evident either.

Gravity percolation network: no sign of ponding or breakout.

Toilet pump chamber in good working condition, float switch and pump working ok.

Comments:

- Peat in bord na mona modules to be continued to be loosened up to avoid over

compaction and ponding on every service call out. This will help with the life span of

the bord na Mona modules.

The Sewage Treatment Plant is suitable for the treatment of Sewage, wash basins, sinks from

the dwelling only. It is not suitable for the collection and treatment of surface water, rain

water, grease or additional loadings to that originally specified.

Excessive loading of detergents, cleaners into the Sewage Treatment Plant are not permitted

at any time.

Desludging periods are dependent on usage. However, it is recommended to desludge on an

annual basis. Mitchell Environmental will advise on desludging requirements as part of the

Service contract.

It is advisable that Mitchell Environmental should have access to the Sewage Treatment Plant

and control panels at all times if possible.

It is not suitable to plant trees or deep-rooted shrubs on the surface of the percolation area.

We advise that this pumping station is redirected during the next upgrade works stage

due to an intermittent blockage in the rising main.
