ESS MSS roll out

What is the ESS ?

ESS means Employee Self Service. It is a secured web portal linked to Sextant PeopleNet in real time.

Employees can manage their personal data.

Employees have, through the ESS, a simple point of contact to get in touch with their HR Manager and / or Training manager.

Employees can fulfill their CV, including past experiences and educational background in order to highlight knowledge, skills and competencies. This will be used for internal mobility.

Employees can consult training offers and apply online.

Employees drive their appraisal through this portal, having a permanent access to their appraisal form, including results and comments, all along the process.

Employees can define new objectives with their manager in case of move during the year.

What is the MSS ?

MSS means Manager Self Service. This section of the web portal is dedicated to managerial activities.

Managers can consult CV’s of their team, learn more about their previous experiences or educational background.

Managers can drive appraisal processes and check appraisal form content and completion anytime.

Managers can drive new objectives with their incoming team members during the year.

Managers can validate training request emitted by employees, or create training request for one or several people in his/her staff.
