The developer, vide letter dated 21.12.2015 has stated thattheyhave appointed three service providers viz.(1) M/s. Jones Lang Lasalle Property Consultants (India) Private Limited, Bangalore, (2) CB Rechard Ellis (India) and (3) Cushman & Wakefield Ltdfor providing “Real Estate Agents” services and they are elibible for agency commission from the lessors for this service rendered. Vendor details are also submitted (Page No.11-13)

The matter is placed before the UAC for consideration.

4. Miscellaneous approvals:

a) Permission for change of name - Request dated 04.01.2016 submitted by the M/s. Symphony Teleca Corporation India Private Limited, a Unit in Gopalan (Global Axis) SEZ.

The unit vide letter dated 04.01.2016 has stated that the Company has changed name from M/s.Symphony Teleca Corporation India Private Limited toM/s. Harman Connected Services Corporation India Private Limited and in support of which they have submitted Board Resolution dated 23.12.2015alongwith amended Certificate of Incorporation from the Registrar of companies, Government of India. They have requested to amend their LoA with regard to the change effected. (Page No.(14-16)

The matter is placed before the UAC for consideration.
