– Over the last decade, organizations like GE, P&G, DARPA and LEGO have pioneered a particular type of work with crowds. They work with crowds to brainstorm, or "crowdstorm.“ Crowdstorming patterns are evolving quickly from simple searches for ideas to more complex interactions where crowds take on multiple specialized tasks.

• Crowdsourcing

– is the practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from a large group of people, and especially from an online community, rather than from traditional employees or suppliers.

• Crowdfunding

– is the collective effort of individuals who network and pool their money, usually via the Internet, to support efforts initiated by other people or organization

• Creative common license

– A Creative Commons (CC) license is one of several public copyright licenses that allow the distribution of a person's work. A Creative Commons license is used when an author wants to give people the right to share, use, and even build upon a work that they have created.

Lê Thị Thái Tần, là một doanh nhân ngành CNTT người Úc gốc Việt, đồng sáng lập công ty Emotiv. Năm 1998, cô được trao danh hiệu Người Úc trẻ của năm và được bầu là một trong 30 phụ nữ dưới tuổi 30 thành công nhất nước Úc Năm 2013, cô được trao danh hiệu 1 trong 10 nhà khoa học thành công của nước Úc và 1 trong những nhà khám phá tiên phong của thế giới do tạp chí National Geographic trao tặng.
