When the right upper lobe

collapses there is increasedopacity in the right upper $one!

which is delineated inferiorly

 by the hori$ontal fissure. Ascollapse progresses the fissure

mo%es and bows upwards.

&ight upper lobe collapse is less

obscured by the o%erlying

shoulders and upper arms.
