Here are some of the ways to use Basic H2™ in and around your home: � Window spray 1-2 drops of H2™ /16 oz water � General cleaner 1/4 tsp. H2™ / 16 oz water � Cleaning solution 1 tsp. H2™ H per gal of water � Fine washables 1/2 tsp. of H2™ per sinkful � Dishes add 1/2 tsp. of H2™ to sink � Dusting spray Window Spray lightly on a dust cloth & wipe off dust. � Floor cleaner 1 tsp. H2™ per gal of water � Gum removal apply Basic H2™ directly, let sit, peel � Eyeglass cleaner 1 drop of H2™ to 8 oz sprayer � Silver polish rub on H2™ with cloth & rinse � Jewelry cleaner 1/2 tsp H2™ 1/2 cup water, let sit, rinse & dry � Car wash 1 tbs. of H2™ /gal of water � Stuck food in pans tiny squirt of H2™ & fill pan with water. Bring to a

boil and then let cool off � Coffee pot cleaner 1/4 tsp H2™ /pot run through & then run through with

plain water � Outside windows 1 tsp. of Basic H2™ in “Ortho” sprayer for 2 gal of

water. Spray on windows & screens. Squeegee dry. � Leather cleaner 1 drops of H2™ on damp sponge. Clean & wipe dry � Photos to clean negatives, use 1/2 drop of H2™ to qt of water

� Anti Static spray H2™ General Household cleaner on clothes or in the dryer (6-7 times)...I also use it on my copier when the static becomes too strong

� Awnings ½ tbs. of H2™ per gal of water � Shoe cleaner 1 drops of H2™ to wet cloth & clean � Iron 1 drops H2™ to 4 oz of water and put in reservoir for steam � Shaving apply full strength H2™ & lather with water � Diaper wipes mix 1 1/2 cup water, 1/2 tsp. H2™, 2 tbs. Small Wonders

Baby Oil, 2 tbs., Small Wonders Shampoo. Put in a 1.6 quart container. Cut a roll of soft paper towels in half and put in the container. Remove core

� Camping coat bottoms & sides of pans with H2™ before placing over campfire

� Drip pans use full strength H2™ to coat drips pans…grime doesn’t stick � Knife sharpener put a few drops on knife sharpener � Boat algae ½ tbs H2™ per gal of water � Clean up in stables use H2™ to wash buckets, tack etc.. 1/2 tbs. to gal

of water � Spot remover/carpet spray H2™ general cleaner, sprinkle with

Nature Bright, scrub with brush, let dry & vacuum � Concrete & mortar Mix 1/4 oz H2™ per 1 gal of water makes cement &

mortar spread easier & set harder � Pressure Wash ½ oz. H2™ to 20 gal of water � Laundry prespot 4 tbs. L, 2 tbs. H2™, 2 tbs. I to a 16 oz. sprayer of

water � Soften the water by adding 1-2 drops of H2™ into your laundry tub � Radiators....use ½ tbs H2™ to radiator full of water or anti-freeze to

prevent rust. � Dispose of H2™ water into your shrubs & lawn ...it will make them

greener � Humidifiers use 1-2 drops of H2™ in reservoir to prevent scum � Greasy fans etc....apply H2™ on a wet sponge; add more water as

grease emulsifies & wipe clean � Invisible Glove before working on messy jobs, gardening or painting,

apply H2™ directly to skin….let dry then go to it. � Painting add 1/2 tbs. of H2™ to gal of paint. To clean brush, work

straight H2™ into bristles & rinse � Golfers 1/2 tsp. of H2™ in 4 oz spray bottle, spray on clubs, balls etc.

and brush clean. Good on golf gloves too � Records...use window spray and clean with soft cloth � Fish odors (or any odor) 1/2 tbs. of H2™ to quart of water � Toy Cleaner 1 tsp. of H2™ in gal of hot water � Printer rollers wipe on H2™ to rubber rollers to restore life � Poster Paint or “snow” spray removal 1/2 tsp. of H2™ in quart of water � Prespot H2™ directly on clothes, activate with water and rub clean

(great for vacations) Especially good on coffee, ink, lipstick, gum, grass, blood or ring around the collar.

� Crayon remover straight H2™ to mark and wipe clean � Skunk, onion or garlic smells rub in full strength, rinse � Wallpaper removal 1 tbs. to pail of hot water. Apply with sponge and lift

off paper. Use 1 tbs H2™ /gal to remove paste � Plant cleaner spray leaves with Window cleaning solution to remove dust

� Painting & Dyeing Apply full strength H2™ to hands & face before painting & dyeing....paint will wash off easily

� Car Engines use 1/4 oz of H2™ to 1 gallon of water. Best results if engine is hot. Will not affect paint, gaskets, or insulating material.

� Battery terminals Use 1/4 tsp. to pint of water...spray on battery terminals, let soak for 2 min. and clean with a wire brush. Use full strength H2™ on battery terminals to avoid corrosion.

� Car Wash (commercial) ½ quart of H2™ to 100 gal of water � Lipstick stains full strength H2™ on fabric, let soak, rub lightly & rinse

clean � Candle Wax Remover cover remains of wax in votive holder with water

and put a couple of drops of H2™ - let sit � Do not use H2™ on anything you would not put water on like smooth

leather or suede DISCLAIMER: All of the following “recipes” come from the Field from people who have used Basic H in these ways. Since many “recipes” require FDA and EPA certification, they have been removed from the main list and are “not recommended” by Shaklee – if you use these recipes you do so at your own “risk”.

� Produce Wash ¼ tsp of H2™ in sink full of water and let your produce soak � Minor burn reliever apply H2™ directly to the burn and let dry – reapply as

needed � Rinse Aid in 4 oz bottle add ¾ water & 1/4 H2™ and add to rinse aid dispenser � insect repellent, � Lawn conditioner 1 tbs H2™ in “Ortho” sprayer per 1,000 sq. feet of lawn � Aquariums Empty aquarium and then clean with ½ tsp. of H2™ per quart of

water to clean rocks etc. rinse thoroughly before putting fish back in � Regular Pet Shampoo 1/4 tbs. H2™ to gal of water - not for cats � Shampoo horses 1 tbs. of H2™ in 4 gal of water � Fly spray for horses 2 oz of H2™ in 12 oz water...spray on � Soft soap a few drops of H2™ to hands & wash � Liquid Soap mix 1/2 H2™ with 1/2 water and fill pump dispenser � Shampoo 1/2 tsp. of H2™ to cup of water � House plants 2-3 drops of H2™ in 16 oz sprayer for house plant leaves. 1/4

tsp. per 16 oz water for routine watering � Roses ½ tbs. H2™ per gal for roses � Weed Killer 1-gallon Water ,1 tablespoon of H2™, ½ cup of white vinegar.

Makes the best weed killer, and it is safe. � Did you know that H2™ our organic biodegradable all-purpose cleaning product

makes a great and safe mosquito repellent? Just apply full strength to arms and legs and necks and ears (and any other exposed skin those little devils manage to find). Side Effects? Well if you get caught in the rain your skin might bubble a bit ... but you'll be shiny clean!

Basic H is also great for pets - H2™ is so gentle we bathe in it regularly, but is very effective to drown fleas and wash dogs without the dangers of poisonous insecticide shampoos. I also spritz the dogs lightly with Basic H (just avoid their eyes like you would any soap) before they go outside especially at dusk when mosquitoes are most active. It is mosquitoes that cause heart worm and if we can find natural ways to protect our pets, we may not have to resort to the very toxic heart worm prevention medications

How to use Basic I in and around your home � General cleaning 1 tsp. Basic I in 16 oz water or 1 oz per gallon of water � Super Mix 1 tbs. Basic I with 2 tsp. of Dish Wash Concentrate and 16 oz of water (water must be

very hot initially for Dish Wash Concentrate to dissolve) � Greasy jobs (BBQ grills) 2 oz (4 tbs.) Basic I /gallon of water. For extra cleaning power add 2 tbs

of Basic Dish Wash Concentrate � Set stains use full strength Basic I (test color fastness) � Battery terminals 1 tsp. of Basic I in 16 oz sprayer...soak & rinse � Oil on cement 2 oz of Basic I to gal of water plus 1/4 c Dish Wash Concentrate or Fresh Laundry

Concentrate � Stainless steel 2 tbs. of Basic I in gal of water...soak & rinse � Stoves/burners 2 tbs. of Basic I & 1 tbs. Dish Wash Concentrate in hot water � Prewash spray fill a 16 oz sprayer with 3/4 water, add 3-4 tbs Basic I. Great for ring around the

collar, grease, grime, blood, grass � Oven Cleaner apply Scour Off Paste to oven surfaces. Spray with Prewash spray of Basic I. Put

steaming hot pan of water in oven and leave for 20 min. � French Fryers use 1/2 - 1 oz of Basic I and fill with water...boil 30 min. and empty. Rinse clean � Prespot for Laundry full strength Basic I on clothes (test for color fastness) esp. good on whites,

ink, , ground in dirt & grass � “Bleach” gallon contained filled with water add 2 oz Basic I & 1/2 cup Dish Wash Concentrate � Coffee Pots 1/2 oz of Basic I in coffee pot with water, run through cycle, the water through cycle.

Rinse thoroughly! � Paint Brushes 2 tbs. of Basic I in 2 quarts of hot water....soak clean � Battery Terminals 1/2 tsp. of Basic I to 4 oz spray bottle of water. Apply to terminals, soak & rinse.

After cleaning, coat terminals with H2 to lessen acid buildup � Varnish remover 2 tbs. Basic I to gal of hot water, use with steel wool � Oven cleaner 1 tbs. Basic I and 2 tsp. of Dish Wash Concentrate in sprayer of hot water...spray

inside oven then scour with Scour Off Paste � Oven cleaner 1 tsp. Basic I, 2 1/2 tsp. L, 1/2 tsp Scour Off Paste,...fill 4 oz squeeze bottle with hot

water (1/4 full) and add above ingredients. Spray on miracle pad and wipe down oven. Wait 10 min. and wipe clean

� Oven racks 2 oz of Basic I to gal of water...add 2 tbs. of Dish Wash Concentrate if difficult � Whitewall tires dab on full strength Basic I & scrub � Patio furniture 2 oz Basic I and 2 oz of water...rub on and rinse off � Wax stripper 4 tbs. of Basic I in gal of water...soak 10 min. & rinse � Car engines & tools 1 tbs. Basic I and 1/4 c Fresh Laundry Concentrate in gal of warm water.

Warm engine and soak for 20 min. � Heavy duty floor cleaner 2 tbs. Basic I of I/gal of water. Can add 1 tbs. of Dish Wash Concentrate

if really bad � Wall cleaner 4 tbs. Basic I per gal of water � Drain Cleaner 1 tbs. of Basic I, 1/2 tbs. Scour Off Paste, 1 tbs. Dish Wash Concentrate…...mix in

1/2 gal of hot water and pour down drain

BASIC G GERMICIDE KILLS HOUSEHOLD GERMS DEAD WITHOUT TOXIC FUMES

� Disinfecting spray 1/2 - 1 tsp. of G to 16 oz water � Drain cleaner 1/8 c of G to 2 gall of water. Pour down drains & cover for 10 min.

Pour tea kettle of boiling water down � Fridge & freezer odors remove shelves & racks. Place in tub with hot water to

cover and 1/2 c G. Clean the rest of the internal areas with 1 tbs. G in quarter of water

� Toilet bowl cleaner 3-4 drops in toilet bowl � Diaper Area Disinfectant. Spray areas with Basic G spray � Horse Stable Area use 1 tbs. of G in 1 gal of water....spray daily � Kitchen fan filter soak in sink with 1 tbs. G, 1 tbs. I, 1-2 tbs. D � Humidifiers add 1 tsp. of G to every gal of water you use in your humidifier � Floor cleaner 1 tbs. of G to gal of water � Pet areas clean with 1/2 tsp. of G in 16 oz of water...spray & wipe � Room deodorizer 2 tbs. of G in 16 oz of water � Garbage disposal deodorant ...make a tray of G ice cubes and run through 2

tsp. of G in a pint of water...freeze....don’t reuse trays for human consumption � Litter box areas...clean floor with 2 tbs. of G, 1/4 c white vinegar in 1 gal of

water � Swimming pool decks....1 tbs. of G to 1 gal of water apply 2x week to keep

bacteria and infections down Always rinse Basic G off with clear water. Do not mix Basic G with anything other than water.

wipe � . Car window Use H2 Window Spray or for very dirty or to remove tree sap � use 2 tbs of Dish Wash Concentrate in 16 oz hot water

Hand Wash Concentrate "Go wash your hands." This super mild, sudsy wash makes it so nice to do as you've always been told.
