Introducing the Shakti Warriors... A new line of Superheroes, delivering powerful messages for kids

focused on Healthy Lifestyles and Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)

A multi-platform program focused on developing:

Hero’s Body, a Hero’s Mind, Hero’s Heart and a Hero’s Community

The Shakti Warriors are an new line of superheroes, dedicated to empowering today’s children and teach them to look inside and develop their inner superhero.

Together, they run the SHAKTI ACADEMY – an online academy and school program where kids, ages 8-11, train to develop a Hero’s Body, Hero’s Mind, Hero’s Heart and a Hero’s Community.

In development for over 6+ years our program is designed to promote powerful messages so badly needed in today’s world - with an emphasis in social and emotional learning (SEL) skills.

Our Warriors are the fun, hip spokes-people for industry experts in the fields of emotional development, non-violence, cyber safety, health and fitness, and strongly emphasize the importance of family and community.

The Shakti Warriors After School Program incorporates healthy lifestyle messaging in an interactive Website Companion Workbook and an After School Activities guide. All delivered in an entertaining format that is proven to reach today’s kids including: jeopardy game, superhero activities, comic books, interactive website, board games, and badges. Kids actually cheer each other on doing push-ups!

Our comic book series is written by comic book industry legend, Len Wein - creator of Marvel’s X-Men - Storm and Wolverine. Len’s excited to be developing a new series - that puts the power of myths back where they belong... in the hands of children.

Our backstories are rich with ancient wisdom and at the same time current with today’s technologies. Our characters blur social, economic and racial lines.... embodying both familiar and original super powers. Our leader, Shakti, understands that controlling one’s mind IS the most powerful of all super powers.

The Shakti Warriors program benefits students, teachers and communities by reinforcing positive messages that builds self-confidence, self esteem, while instilling hope and positive role-modeling. Our program introduces kids to new techniques for understanding and managing their emotions. Our program engages their active imaginations, keeping their attention, while motivating healthy lifestyles like exercise and healthy eating habits. Backed by leading experts, the program is focused on social and emotional learning, encouraging non-violence, manners and social etiquette.
